We have used Guardian Angels previously for my mother's care after discharge from hospital. She found the night and day carers to be friendly and helpful which gave her confidence to get back to normal. This was the second time in the hospital and we had no hesitation in using them again. The experience has been excellent.

We have used Guardian Angels over the last few months to support him with his dementia. He has recently required personal care and was given the utmost kindness and consideration. When I, as his carer, had to go into hospital Guardian Angels were able to support the family. We had the same carer throughout and built up a great rapport with her. I would not hesitate to recommend Guardian Angels whose team have been knowledgeable and sensitive as well as efficient.

Guardian Angels provide a fantastic service to my Dad, who has complex, challenging and changing needs. The carers genuinely care about the people they are caring for, going the extra mile to make sure that my dad is comfortable and happy; whether that be taking my dad out for his favourite coffee, reading to him and making sure he is always treated with dignity when it comes to personal care. I highly recommended two particular members of staff and their team of guardian angel carers!

I was recently tied up with my terminally ill husband's appointments and wasn't able to obtain a urine sample from my mother (a UTI was suspected) in time to take to the doctor's surgery. Guardian Angels stepped in and managed to obtain a urine sample, got it tested and collected the prescribed antibiotics from the local pharmacy. A weight off my mind.

Guardian Angels have been consistently reliable in their provision of care to my mother-in-law. The carers are kind and caring and make very good use of their time with her. They frequently anticipate what may be required over and above the agreed tasks but always check with her before proceeding. The management team are accessible and easy to communicate with and keeps me updated with any concerns. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I interviewed 4 companies to sort care out for my 93-year-old father. Guardian Angel's care manager came to our house to meet Dad and tell us about their service. The emphasis was on the care they provide to my father not the fees or T&Cs (obviously they charge and come with T&Cs) but unlike the other companies it was all about Dad. We've met 3 carers now and they've all been amazing. Organising outings, keeping his home clean and tidy and generally being great companions. I can highly recommend them.

Guardian Angels have been completely wonderful. The staff were so compassionate when we approached them from the outset. The carers were chosen to fit into our family and they became part of our household. My experience with them completely changed my opinion of carer agencies, it was for us a wholly positive experience and the carers and company supported my husband and his needs but also, by being reliable, compassionate and helpful they supported our family going through a difficult time. I can't speak highly enough of Guardian Angels. I would definitely recommend and hope everyone has the same positive experience we did.

Happy with care provided. Both sides managing to be flexible with dates and times. Staff are efficient and willing to carry out any task requested, whether domestic or personal. I would recommend this agency unreservedly.

My review actually expands over the last year and a half. This care agency goes above and beyond to support its clients. The staff they employ (whom we have had support from) are thoughtful, kind and aware of the needs of clients. My family will be forever grateful for the amazing support.

Our carer is always reliable and willing to help with everything she is asked to do. She is very friendly and my mother-in-law has built up a very good relationship with her. Having the same person coming reliably at the same time each week gives valued structure and security for my mother-in-law.

We have been delighted with the care my mother received from Guardian Angel Carers - Banstead and Purley. They are a caring, kind, compassionate and skilled team of people who go the extra mile. Visits are not rushed and nothing is too much trouble. Good and prompt communication and consistency of carers which is important. Mum loved all the carers and enjoyed her chats with them. Have no hesitation in recommending this agency.
