The tender loving-kindness of the care provided by Saintly Care enabled my wife to remain at home with me for two precious months, before her needs escalated to the extent that admission to the hospice was the right and only course. I could not have coped without them, and I shall be forever grateful.

We received a very professional service from Saintly Care. Everyone was very helpful and easy to deal with. One of the carers was the main carer for my mum. She is an angel and we couldn't have gotten through that time without her. I recommend their services to anyone that needs at home care.

We are incredibly grateful for the tender, responsive and truly compassionate care that Saintly Care has provided. The level of dedication and empathy shown reflects exactly the kind of attention and respect we would hope to give our own parents if we were able to be there ourselves. Saintly Care are very professional. Their carers are kind patient and caring. My mum was very resistant to receiving any support whatsoever. However, they were consistent and built up trust with Mum. There has now been a complete turnaround in mum's attitude and she now accepts support and this has enabled her to remain in her home which is what she wanted. Mum's mental health has also improved and she is much more positive. This is so reassuring as I live over 100 miles away. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

The carers are very friendly and supportive. They look after my aunt's personal needs and they are excellent in what they do for her. I couldn't manage to look after her on my own. They shower her three times a week and dress her, looking after all her personal things which as her nephew I can't do for her.

Saintly Care excellently cared for my father through his end-of-life journey in 2022. This year my mother, till her death, required carers and would only accept Saintly Care. They cared for both my parents with professional kindness and both were treated with respect and dignity always. The staff also showed compassion and kindness to the family too, always updating us on any changes. Thank you all for your dedicated care and enabling my parents to remain in their own home, which was their wish, till they passed away. I would highly recommend this fantastic, caring team to look after your loved ones.

Saintly Care have been truly excellent, very reliable and conscientious with first-class communication. My mother has dementia and all of their staff have been patient and understanding, carrying out their work with no fuss. I would not hesitate to recommend it.

The care and service provided has been exceptional. Originally they cared for my father during his last months alive and since starting their own company I couldn’t think of anyone better or trustworthy to now support my mum who is 96. They have answered any queries I have had and she and I feel safe knowing that she is in their care. I am grateful to have such friendly, caring and professional people not only for my mum's life but mine too!

I was having so much trouble finding a care company for my mother, who is housebound. Saintly Care, were so reassuring and caring, even on my first phone call. Understanding of my mother's needs, from the start. They provided the service for her with diligence and great sensitivity, keeping me informed on any problems or anything that needed to be discussed. A lovely group of carers which I would recommend to anyone.

We have only used this company for a week so far because my 93-year-old father then went back to the hospital,l where he still is at present. All staff were genuinely friendly and caring. They were also very thorough when attending to my father's needs, and we noticed how tidy and clean they left the house. All visits were fully recorded in an app to which the family has full access to see what was done and how my father was feeling. I also received welcome phone calls when there were any concerns. We will definitely use them again if and when my father returns home and can confidently recommend them to others in need of proper home care services.

The care that was provided for my nan was unbelievable; there was a huge weight lifted for us as a family to know that we were in good hands with these people. Nothing was too much trouble, whether it be a task that needed doing or even an ear to listen. The atmosphere and joy these people brought to our home were just what we all needed. My nan was very against having care, but there came a point there was no other choice, but once the care started, my nan was very pleasantly surprised. I will definitely be recommending this company to anyone that is needing care. Five stars all-round here.

The staff have become more like family members. Their dedication, care and knowledge are second to none. They read the care plans every visit and act accordingly. Not only do they treat patients with respect, but they are also there for the family members as well. I would highly recommend this company.

They looked after my mum on end-of-life care, and I can not fault them. My mum was so impressed with them, as was I. Nothing was too much trouble; they went above and beyond to make Mum comfortable. We, as a family, can not thank them enough.

We were recommended Saintly Care by a friend whose judgment we trusted. We could not be more pleased with the care received. The care is careful, thoughtful and considered; it is precisely how a loved one should be cared for. We began to care with Saintly Care in April 2023 and will continue to use them. Communication is also key, and that is brilliant. My mother and I feel confident in the care, and most importantly, my mother feels safe.

The care of Saintly Care Ltd was absolutely fantastic. They were just perfect whilst helping my dying mum. I couldn't have asked for better care staff. My mum felt so relaxed around them; they are just beautiful and warm people, and I would recommend this care to literally anyone.

We have been supported for three years by this team, and they are exceptional, ensuring and focused on my father's welfare. They were punctual, kind, polite and thoughtful towards the challenges the family faced. They always put our father's welfare first amid challenging situations. I cannot recommend them enough, and also I miss them but wish you the best of luck. You know I think you are amazing.

We had to have care when my father was at end of life. It was such a difficult time for us and my mother. Having strangers in your home wasn’t something we felt comfortable with; however, the team looked after my dad well and made him feel comfortable. They actually cared about my dad, and the company we had before wouldn’t even talk to my dad, so we were really grateful we had them looking after Dad at such a stressful time. I can’t recommend them enough.

I cannot recommend the manager and the rest of the team at Saintly Care enough. The level of care, kindness, understanding, compassion, love and, above all, the dignity they showed my father in his last few months of life was second to none. They became part of our family, and my father called them his angels. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for my father and for us as a family. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
