It was one of the hardest decision we had to make getting carers for our 85 year old mum that had lived independently until she fractured 6 vertebra and started to become very forgetful. I did not know how to do this and search several companies and decided as a family to meet with the manager. The manager of this company was so professional, kind, caring and reassured us that she would look after our mum as she would her own family. It is now 5 months later and the care mum has been receiving is excellent. As a registered nurse with 40 years NHS experience I am delighted to have found this care company

My mum has had daily care from this provider for nearly 12 months. They are kind and compassionate and nothing is too much trouble. They keep a close eye on my mum and communication is excellent. I've asked for extra visits last minute and they have always accommodated us. I couldn't be happier with the care and service they have provided and would highly recommend.

Knowing that she was in such capable and compassionate hands allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our time away. The dedication and professionalism you showed, visiting her three times a day, made such a difference. It was clear that she was well looked after, and we are so grateful for the peace of mind you gave us. I would highly recommend your services to anyone in need of care for their loved ones. My father received personal care from Optimal Healthcare 3 times per week before being admitted to hospital. He was always treated with respect and dignity. He has since gone into a nursing home and so no longer requires care at home.

I was very happy with the choice of provider a lovely fit for my dad. All members of the team were dedicated caring and compassionate to meet my father's needs. I cannot thank them enough for the time they spent caring for him.

The girls have been looking after my uncle for a couple of months now and they are all doing a very good job. Getting the hours that my uncle needed was hard to judge at first but they have been able to adjust very quickly and I would just like to thank them all for the work they put in.

Super care, friendly carers - feel like part of our family. Initial contact resulted in fast and professional assessment and agreement of needs. Carer always arrives on time.

I am very happy with the care my mother-in-law is having. The carers are doing an excellent job, they are very professional. They communicate with the family all that they have done through the time they are looking after her which is very kind and considerate. All her needs are taken care of such as washing, showering, medication, cleaning, making meals and drinks. The carers are lovely companions and she looks forward to seeing them. All the family appreciate the carers' exceptionally good care.

The service from Optimal Healthcare has been exceptional. Always on time and flexible to accommodate additional needs. It's great to see Mum back in to a routine. Communication is great. Five stars!

Optimal Care and the care provided is fantastic. They communicate well with us as a family. Make fun for my nan and most importantly make her smile. I have confidence in their care and compassion is second to none!
