My carers are very helpful and kind and i have made new friends with them. They help me when i need and support me mentally. The service is fantastic and they lift a lot of weght of my parents shoulders. I really recommend surecare as they provide professional; care.

SureCare have been amazing throughout providing care to my mother and father. The carers and the management have been nothing but amazing. They have always gone above and beyond for the needs of my loved ones. They are very highly professional and caring people and i cannot recommend them enough.

They have provided a high professional service. Everything has been clearly explained, and care plan is in place. Care schedule has been flexible and the individual carers have been extremely friendly and professional.

The team helped us with caring for my mum. They were always helpful and punctual and ensured she took her regular medications even when she tried to avoid taking them. She enjoyed the company and help they provided.

Generally, an excellent service. All of my dad's needs are met on time and in an efficient way. One carer, in particular, has been proactive, and diligent and goes above and beyond to look after my dad - thank you all!

Very good service for the care of my mum. One carer, in particular, is particularly helpful and always takes her time to make sure everything is taken care of for my mum. She is really down-to-earth and approachable. She is a credit to the company.

The service my mum receives from SureCare Trafford allows her to continue living in her home safely and securely and keeps her happy. The carers are all compassionate, attentive, and caring. The level of care and support my mum's regular carer provides is exceptional and we are so very grateful to her. The staff on the phone are very reassuring and compassionate when she calls. Thank you.

Since the start, all the ladies have been caring considerate and very professional. SureCare has provided professional service. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. My wife in particular found the ladies to be friendly, courteous and very professional.
