Without the exceptional support Cavendish Homecare provided, our friend's return home from hospital for end-of-life care following a tracheostomy would not have been possible. During the six months of 24-hour care at home he received, each of the Cavendish staff got to know him and his needs really well. He could not have received a more personalised, skilled and compassionate service. It would not be appropriate to thank individuals by name here. However, rest assured that we are - and always will be - hugely grateful to all of the Cavendish Homecare managers and staff for the wonderful support they gave our friend. He could not have been better cared for. We will always be grateful for everything Cavendish Homecare did for him in his final months.

Our caregiver helped make our week in London for my nephew's wedding such a wonderful experience. My ageing parents were making the trip over from the US and my father has significant mobility and mild cognitive issues. We had a lot of concerns about his travel and were very focused on ensuring he had a safe experience while in London. We did not know what to expect and from the moment our caregiver showed up, she put my parents at ease. She was wonderful and helpful, proactive and warm, and I don't think we could've asked for better help and support for this important event. We cannot recommend her highly enough.

I left the hospital, slightly worried about looking after my new stoma. Cavendish sent me a wonderfully experienced stoma nurse who was able to visit me at home and give me the extra confidence I needed.

Cavendish Homecare provided truly exceptional care for my Aunty in her end of life care for cancer at home. We contacted them in a crisis, as gaps and stretched capacity within the NHS meant that my Aunty's final days were not proving pain free and dignified. I will always be grateful to the Manager who we spoke to for her efforts to find us someone that very night, despite the late hour of our call. She went to great efforts, and we had a night nurse to our home within hours. The care we received from the nurses [who I wish I could name in order to pay tribute to them, but the review policy guidelines ask us not to] was beyond exceptional. They cared for my Aunty with such respect, kindness and expertise, and ensured that her last days were pain-free and dignified. They also made the world of difference to us as a family - the worry and responsibility for care were taken away and we could focus on spending our Aunty's last hours with her. Thank you so much for everything.

We engaged Cavendish for nighttime nursing for my terminally ill wife. Very efficient and quick. All nurses were great but special mention to one member of staff in particular who was outstanding in giving all-round holistic nursing care including massages, manicures, and pedicures, and completely relaxing and calming my wife. I cannot over-emphasize the positive impact this had on my wife's final 2 weeks at home. She was determined to die at home and in her own bed and Cavendish and one special member of staff facilitated this and made this possible and her final 2 weeks peaceful and comfortable. I'm eternally in your debt for this and cannot recommend Cavendish highly enough.

We engaged Cavendish to care for my elderly mother with Parkinson's after she was hospitalised following a fall. We realised that if we left her in the hospital, she would have suffered greatly. Cavendish provided live-in 12-hour shift nurses for the first 2-3 weeks, and then we went to 24-hour live-in care for about 20 months. Dealing with the office and organisation was easy. The carers have great admin and care support from a team of advisors. Communication with everyone at Cavendish worked very well. The carers were all brilliant at their jobs but also smiley and warm. They became part of our family. We will miss them.

We have been with Cavendish since 2019 and we have found them to be a five star rated organisation through all their departments of care team, support and admin, management, accounts, etc. Our son's condition needs a strong-managed, ongoing support, which Cavendish supply us with.

Cavendish care has provided excellent care for my sister since 2019 through a worldwide pandemic and the resulting lockdown. The company have continued to give consistent and exemplary care to date and goes out of their way to make sure my sister's physical emotional and social needs are met with kindness and compassion. Each member of staff are well trained and show great skill in dealing with the complex care of late-stage MS client and work well as a team. I have great gratitude for this professional team and sleep at night knowing that my sister is safe and well cared for.

Very thankful to the manager and her team and the support of care given at home, the carers showed great care and support they were very thorough and showed TLC. They worked very well with me showing care to my loved one age 94 and nothing was too much to ask. This backing also came from the Manager's daily calls to check that we are as happy as can be when in need, especially during COVID-19 restrictions. I would truly recommend this service care to all who have loved ones who require the best care provision with a can-do attitude. Experts in the line of duty. Thank you all so much for all your hard work and support. Best wishes always.

The team were highly professional and constantly attentive I cannot praise them enough - their attention to details very welcome. They were above all highly committed and liaised with me and my sister who lived abroad on a constant basis. My late mother was suffering from Dementia and they assisted her to maintain her dignity in what must have been very trying circumstances. Her doctors commented that her life span was extended because of the staff .
