Not reliable, always late, discussing other clients. Business and private affairs, this I regards not very trustworthy, also can be very rude to myself and my partner. Very nosey and interfering in our private affairs, this we do not like. Not acceptable service.

Trying to find a company for my nephew was so hard but from the first meeting with the managers from kinetic I knew they where the right people. So helpful and reassured us that his needs would be met and work in a person centered way and went above and beyond to ensure staff which was placed to care for him was right. They ensured he met them before hand and any issues they are quick to resolve. Fantastic company and everyone i have met from office staff to care staff to management are all really approachable and compasionate about ensuring his needs are met and ours has relatives.

I can't stress enough how wonderful the whole Kinetics team have been in their care for my dad. When I first contacted the office to ask some initial questions they were so informative and made me feel so confident that I knew straight away they were the right company. They have a really experienced and knowledgeable team member who makes a home visit to find out about needs and the home set up, she made lots of useful suggestions, told us about other help available and she asked for lots of information so that dad would be treated personally straight away. As soon as the carers started they were fantastic, really getting to know dad and providing excellent care but also kindness and company. They have stayed with dad to wait for medical assistance and supported me through some very difficult days. When I phone the office, the staff are always familiar with dad's needs and have often listened and given advice. I can't praise the whole team highly enough and really recommend them.

I used the home care provided by Kinetic Nursing Services for a few weeks following my hip replacement to help with personal washing. From the initial assessment and to the carers, the staff were friendly, pleasant, efficient and treated me with respect. I saw the same 2 carers, apart from when one was suddenly ill. They were lovely, always cheerful, helpful and very interesting to chat to. I wouldn't hesitate to use Kinetic again, should the need arise.

We found the Kinetic team extremely attentive and helpful. From first contact, they went above and beyond to get my grandma the care she needed upon her discharge from hospital. After several months, I'm pleased to say she no longer needs the additional support and is making a good recovery! Thanks again, and if our circumstances change, we will definitely engage kinetic again.

Excellent service received from Kinetic Nursing since we started using this company earlier this year. The nurses/carers are very friendly and have a genuinely helpful nature when attending to my parents' needs every day. Everyone in the office are also extremely attentive and will go above and beyond to help in any instance. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for nurses/carers to attend to their loved ones.

As my aunt and uncle age, finding the right care has become essential. Establishing a care plan can be challenging. I discovered Kinetic about eight months ago, and it has been a transformative choice for my family. Kinetic is a well-respected provider known for its high standards of care. They offer a compassionate approach that truly understands the needs of seniors and their families. From the start, Kinetic's senior team impressed us with their professionalism and dedication. They took the time to understand our specific needs and even visited our home multiple times to tailor the care plan accordingly, setting them apart from other providers. The Care Team, who now visits daily, combines empathy and professionalism, treating my relatives with dignity and respect. Their caring approach ensures my family feel safe and well cared for. Kinetic's operational support is also commendable, with a responsive team available for assistance at all times, providing peace of mind for our family.

Kinetic Nursing Services first delivered care to my then 35-year-old granddaughter in 2012. They got to know her when her rehabilitation to my home was becoming a reality after having my bungalow converted to meet the needs of her severe disabilities which were very complex. Kinetic staff worked alongside the nursing staff a the care home in order to achieve new kills and understanding of the delivery of care in order to prepare for a smooth transition, a full team worked in pairs covering 7 days and nights and 24-hour consistency of care. This continued for ten years until her death in 2023 age 45 years.

Kinetic Nursing Services have provided care for my mum for over four years. During this period they have provided a first-class service; the care provided is exemplary and their attention to detail is second to none, resulting in my mum having continually received the highest standard of care. The ladies who have cared for Mum have all been, so caring, friendly, kind and helpful; nothing is ever too much trouble. During the entire period of using Kinetic Nursing Services, my mum has never been let down by any carers failing to attend to any of her four daily calls. Whenever an appropriate situation arises, I continually recommend Kinetic Nursing Services - I cannot speak highly enough of the company.

I have found this care agency to be very experienced, caring and professional, putting the client's needs foremost. They are always accessible, polite and ready to help out with problems that crop up on a day-to-day basis, giving tips and advice as to how to solve them.

Kinetic carers visit three times daily. Without them she would struggle to remain in her own home. They all treat my mum with respect and help and care for her whilst still encouraging her independence. My mum looks forward to their visits and speaks very fondly of them. She is never lonely.

My dad has only had carers for a few weeks since coming out of respite care. So far I have found communication to be excellent, everyone is approachable and helpful, from the initial assessment to any issues that arise. Dad seems to be getting used to this new way of life.

Very happy with the service. The carers are excellent, very attentive, get on with my mother and are always very communicative with me in terms of her care. They arrive on time and always leave my mother safely. The only problem that arrives is when there are carers that my mother does not know, which has been rare this last year. All in all, I am very satisfied with the service.

My carers are usually on time, clean, tidy and friendly. I feel that I am treated with respect and actually listened to. My health and ability fluctuate daily and my carers work with me to help as much as necessary. The office staff are helpful and always willing to listen if I ever have a problem. I would not hesitate to recommend Kinetic to anyone needing care.

A fantastic experience of joined-up palliative care provision in the community in April 2024 between Rotherham Hospice, Kinetic Nursing Services and the Market Surgery in Wath upon Dearne. Particular thanks are due to carers from Kinetic for the attentive care given to my wife during her final weeks and their support for me and my family during this period. I can’t recommend Kinetic Nursing Services highly enough and thank them for their excellent work.

Won’t allow regular carer to do her hours with paralysed client who is in the intensive care! Been told by CHC that the carer was allowed to do her hours, a retainer in place. Disgusting. It’s all about money.

The carers were professional and very compassionate in delivering mum home care - including personal care and trips out to a local garden centre and other locations which Mum really enjoyed unfortunately Mum became too poorly to continue with help from the team.
