Caring Crew have for over three years been helping me to care for my husband from when he was able to walk until now when he cannot walk and needs a lot of care. The care team are helpful, friendly and mainly able to perform what is needed for his cleanliness, providing drinks and administering medications if I am not able to be in the home. The office team are very easily contacted and always aim to help us in a difficult situation. As main carer I find the team willing to help me in difficult situations. and during times of when illness increases. We are both elderly and appreciate all the team does for us.

I have used Caring Crew for ages now, and I'm happy with the service they provide, I have carers in 4 times a day unless I'm going out, depending on the weather. They are all friendly and helpful, and we do have a laugh now and again, nothing is too much trouble for them either. They help me with personal care and making me a flask, mugs of herbal tea and sorting my meals out, and putting any shopping that's in my bag behind my power chair. It's good to see regular carers in the day or week too, I feel safe with them as I need the hoist at the moment, but do use a standing lift most of the time. I don't feel hurried as I have a set length of time I need them each time, odd times it takes a bit longer though. Most understand my multiple sclerosis, and at the moment, they do a great job with care, a smile, and its nice to have a chat with them all too and dignity too If anyone had any worries or concerns, those in the office are friendly and helpful as well, good value for money. I highly recommend Caring Crew.

Been with Caring Crew for nearly a year they have been so good, always try and accommodate my requests for my dad, I am very particular and they have worked with me to make this run smoothly for my dad's care, the 2 carers we have regularly are just amazing caring, personable with my dad. I leave him knowing he's in good hands. The office staff are always so friendly on the phone and want to help me with my dad. It's taken some time to sort this care plan properly to how I want it to run but the main thing is they wanted to work with me to get this right and it is I'm very pleased and so is my dad that's the main thing he's happy and cared for.

The Caring Crew provide a very professional service. The administration staff and carers are always friendly and helpful. They always make every effort to adapt to meet the needs of the client. I am very happy with the service provided.

Caring Crew have been involved with care for my mum since early 2020. The service provided has instilled a high level of confidence in my mum and her family. During her short stint in hospital and a care home, she often remembered the ladies coming home and taking care of her needs better than what she was getting at the hospital and the care home, so requested all family members to go back to her house and get care from carers of Caring Crew. After her return to her house, we experienced that she calmed down and more comfortable. We the family are grateful to Caring Crew Carers and management who responded immediately to restart the service and allocated carers that Mum was accustomed to. Thanks.

The Caring Crew has been providing a siting service for my parents. The carer takes my mum (who has Alzheimer's) out to her favourite cafe to provide my dad with a couple of hours respite. During the assessment to arrange this support the manager listened and understand our circumstances and the illness we are dealing with. All of these factors were taken into consideration when matching us with a regular carer. Thank you to all involved.

I moved into my own disability adapted property after almost 3 years of being in a nursing home - I already had a neuro-disorder before I had 4 strokes caused by domestic violence. It was not safe for me to go 'home' so I was discharged from hospital to a dementia care home (the only space available even though I was mid 30's) to wait for a suitable property to become available where I could move with a care package in place. This was very daunting as I had never been cared for by professionals in the community aside from the district nurse on occasions, and I had never lived on my own before either. I have a lot of trauma relating to the domestic violence so I was very nervous about being in the hands of people I hadn't met before. However right from the start, the Caring Crew carers were kind, bubbly, efficient and proactive. I have been reunited with my cat, and they help me with her care. They have given me a new lease of life that I didn't know was possible. Forever grateful.

Caring Crew have been providing care for mum who has dementia for the past 6 months. They have been so friendly and helpful, it has been a positive experience and I am more than happy with the service they provide. They have ensured that mums needs are met and as she has dementia they have provided the same carer who is very punctual and trustworthy to allow mum to build a relationship with them. Recently her needs have changed and Caring Crew have been more than accommodating to adjust the care plan to suit her needs more. I cannot recommend Caring crew enough.

I have been very satisfied with the service provided for my husband by Caring Crew as I had to find care at very short notice, albeit for a short time. The Manager was very accommodating when she visited me to personally organise the care I needed. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who would need their services. Their professionalism and commitment to providing good and gentle care is to be lauded and I greatly appreciate this.

The Caring Crew has been the provider for my parents' needs for the last 3+ years now after the service transitioned from PCC Reablement to them. Like everything, relationships take time to cultivate and what my parents now have with the whole team is nothing short of excellent, in particular with the longer-tenured staff who go way beyond being 'just a carer'. Their love, fondness, and vigilance shown towards both my mother and father have been way above the call of duty and this has had a tremendously positive impact on them in their declining health years. I know this has been lovingly acknowledged and reciprocated by my parents too. From an administrative perspective, the office and managerial team are always on hand to help manage any queries or points I may need to discuss, even managing the occassional out-of-hours emergency. Everything is always handled with professionalism and appropriate concern and I am extremely grateful to everyone at the Caring Crew for everything they do.

The manager has been the most accommodating of service provider Managers'. During a recent health issue with my husband, she was quickly able to increase carers to step into the breach. I've always found Caring Crew to be polite, diligent, and helpful.

We have had the services of Caring Crew for a few weeks now and we are delighted with their compassion, support, and dedication to our elderly relative. With physical frailty, as well as Alzheimer's Disease, he was initially reluctant to have a carer, but their kindness, patience, care, and respect have won him over. Caring Crew takes great pains to tailor their care to the individual and their support is invaluable to us as he isn't the only relative we have to care for, as well as work and care for our own homes. We honestly don't know how we would cope without Caring Crew's support and highly recommend them to anyone having a stressful time caring for a loved one.

So far so good! One particular individual who did my mum's initial assessment, went truly above and beyond, even going as far as to bathe her and get her out of the hospital gown she had just come home in. I can truly not thank you enough, you know who you are! Mum is still finding it a challenge to adjust to being home after five weeks in hospital, but she and my sister and I, have great confidence in Caring Crew - thank you for the work so far and again to that one particular individual who continues to be of such great help and support to not only my mum, but also taking my sister and I’s wellbeing also at such a stressful time - I truly appreciate it!

As a family, we cannot praise this company enough for the kindness, support and compassion you have all shown to our dear mum. Your quick actions saved my mum's life when she was taken to hospital and diagnosed with sepsis. We will be forever grateful. The management team and all the staff are so supportive. You genuinely care about your clients. Mum has been treated with so much dignity and respect. The past year has been one of the hardest of our lives. Not only do you support Mum you relieve some of the pressure from us so that we can do our jobs and care for our own families. We honestly don’t know how we would cope without you all. From the bottom of our hearts thank you Caring Crew. You certainly live up to your name!

My mother sadly passed away on 01/10/23. She had for over 7 years been beautifully cared for in her own home by the dedicated team of Caring Crew. Over the years the care requirements naturally increased as my mother's needs became more complicated. The manager was always on hand to offer advice and support on what became an all-consuming journey for both my mother and myself as her carer. I never felt alone as the care team became like an extended family. My mother received such gentle and sensitive care all the way through but I was so moved on her final days how they just knew what was needed. The carers gently washing her the morning she died will always stay with me of the immense dedication and devotion this care team provided. My mother was truly blessed by being cared for by Caring Crew. Thank you.

From the moment the care manager came to assess our needs we felt safe and cared for. Dad had a good relationship with his carer and looked forward to his visits. He always turned up at the agreed time and was very thorough in looking after my dad. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Caring Crew - they really do care!

From the initial consultation, Caring Crew were kind, supportive and helpful towards the needs of my mum and myself. Mum had a good relationship with her carer who always arrived within the agreed time frame, spent the whole of the allocated visit time with Mum talking to her as well as meeting her needs in every way. The app allowed the family to keep up to date with Mum's welfare and we felt very connected. They helped us all through a difficult time and I am very grateful to them.

Caring Crew have been excellent in looking after my aunt for the past year or so, she was elderly and had broken her wrist and could no longer cope by herself at home. Caring Crew provided three calls a day to help her with all her daily needs including meals and dressing but anything my aunt needed they helped with. The management team are easy to get hold of and very responsive when we needed any changes to the normal service. The Caring Crew enabled my aunt to carry on living at home (as she wanted) rather than going into a care home, thanks to all her carers and managers.

Caring Crew are the best, they help me lots and lots and they are nice. They help me to do lots of things and play games with me, they always help me do things I can not do like shower and get dressed and make my food and we go shopping and do my garden and when I'm poorly they phone the doctor and help me get better too.
