2 bookings cancelled over a period of two months, both at short notice
and both errors regarding double bookings. Unable to get clear answers
from the team without entering into protracted email exchange. The
company seem to prefer to communicate by email rather than ringing to
cancel a booking. I find this disrespectful. One carer excellent and one
with a severe body odour problem. Conflicting information from carer
herself and office staff. I asked for complaints procedure to be
emailed to me several days ago - still waiting. All very disappointing.
