Academy Home staff are excellent. My mom is very pleased with the service. Admin and office staff are very helpful with changes and accommodate all Mom's needs and alterations to medication. Would recommend it to others.

Academy Care, overall have been a good company to support me in my needs. Also, they've been very accommodating when I've asked for certain times to assist me with particular care needs. The majority of the time, having familiar carers coming in who know me is very helpful!

The team at Academy Home Care have looked after my father-in-law for 2.5 years, I can’t express how amazing the staff are, professional but so caring. The affection for my father-in-law was evident and it showed in the way they looked after him. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the team for anyone wanting a relative to be looked after like they are part of the family. Words will never be enough - thank you for everything!

Academy Home Care Services cared for my mother for the last eight years of her life. During that time, she was treated with dignity and respect by the caring and considerate staff of the agency who all made a real effort to get to know her and deal with her in a friendly and personable manner. In addition to their care for my mother, the girls were more than willing to offer support and advice to the family whenever we needed it.

This is a Company that is extremely well organised and efficient. The Carers are all trained to the highest professional standards. They show great empathy with my elderly disabled Father who is the service user. They are kind, caring, very reliable, and punctual. They perform their tasks thoroughly within the time that is available. I would not hesitate to recommend this Company to others.
