He has been very engaging with Dad, helping him with his exercises, which he likes to do daily, helping him to learn a few new ones suitable for a 90-year-old man and also teaching him how to be safer using his stairs. Well done, you really are making a difference.
Ok. People are helpful and kind.
For a good while my sister has used the carers that Agincare have provided. My sister, once she got used to them, found them to be as the title suggests caring carers. She had them on an increasing number of visits each day and was always happy to have them come into the house. There have been occasions when the time of arrival went wrong but this was always put right quickly. We met some of the carers over time and we always found them pleasant, competent, with good attention to detail, and gave us the feeling we had left our sister in good hands. We would highly recommend them.

The only thing I am not happy with is having many male trainee carers we have more than our fair share it seems. The carers do not clean my wife's teeth on a regular basis although our old carers did.
The main problem is the timings between carers' visits. My partner on several occasions has had a morning call around 9.30 am and 10.30 am but the time he is dressed and seated in his armchair time has moved on half an hour. Breakfast is late and that makes lunch late. They then want to put him to bed at 7.15 pm which is far too early because there hasn't been enough time for him to have his evening meal.
In general, all is positive. Carers are great and usually contact with the office is positive.
We have had the support of Agincare home care for a while now assisting Dad and it has been such an amazing comfort to us knowing that he is in such safe hands. Any carer that has visited him has shown him such kindness and consideration and always ensured that his dignity is maintained. They have the utmost professionalism and are a credit to the company. Thank you so much for all that you do.
Always find the carers cheerful and eager to help. Efficient and helpful. Timekeeping on the whole is good - we have "one touch" carers who are quite often under some stress due to timing pressures but this rarely affects their work.

I find the carers very kind, helpful, courteous and respectful. My care needs are met to how I wish to be looked after, if I ask for something to be done it's sorted without a problem. Prior to them leaving, they always ask if there is anything else needed.
Overall I have found Agincare very good. My mum, bless her, is fairly complex, which I appreciate. I would say 80% of the carers are excellent, show real care, make sure Mum is comfortable before they leave. The other 20% are ok but maybe need to think about what my mum is capable of doing herself, which physically is very little now, sadly. When there are any issues and I have to phone the office, they are excellent, caring and don’t make me feel a nuisance, although I would rather not have to phone. All in all I would like to thank Agincare for all they do. It would be good if we could vote for carer of the month!
We recently had a short break service assigned to us by Agincare to allow us to have time to ourselves away from my dad, who we are caring for. I have found the Weymouth Care Coordinator to be nothing but helpful with trying to assign us the short break hours under sometimes difficult circumstances and we usually come up with a compromise on dates. She has always been understanding and willing to sort things out for us, which I am very grateful for. The carers that have been placed with us have been very good with Dad, enabling us to enjoy our time out knowing that he is being well looked after.
Very poor service, lack of communication from management and some carers. Lack of understanding and wouldn't listen regarding any issues raised and because my care was being funded wouldn't listen to any complaints. I was told that as I was not paying for my care I didn't have a say about anything, absolutely disgusting behaviour and not the way you treat your client.
Overall the care and support I receive from Agincare is very good. I am always treated with dignity. the staff are mostly patient, kind, helpful and supportive. Enabling me to stay as independent as I can be in my own home and I then feel safe and happy at home. Whenever I have a query or need to speak to someone I know, I can always phone the office and talk to a member of staff who are also very friendly and helpful and do their best to resolve any issues I might have.
My sister and I needed help quickly due to a difficult situation with my mum. We were treated with kindness, respect and staff went out of their way to help us get this in place within days. The field and office staff were fantastic and care is starting within days. Can’t thank you enough for everything you have done for us. Would recommend 100 %. Huge thanks
