Supplied care very quickly for 4 visits a day for the client's return home from hospital. The carers kept excellent time and were very kind, supportive, cheerful and friendly. Communication with the office staff was very efficient.

I am so grateful for the care my husband has been receiving this month, December 2024. The carers who come daily are caring, efficient and thorough. Keeping my husband clean and comfortable. I have complete trust in them.

Great service and such lovely carers, could not ask for better, thank you all so much. I cannot recommend this care group enough, the husband and wife team especially they are just so nice and have a laugh with my brother.

Mom was unsure at first because she didn't think and couldn't accept that she needed help. I live a long way from her and feel helpless. I am so thankful and happy with Agincare, who has been excellent and professional. Mom loves her carers and tells me they are so kind and helpful, describes them as excellent. Of course, she has her favourites but praises them all. So, thank you to all the staff and carers for doing a fantastic job. I honestly don't know what we would do without you.

Care has been excellent. A special mention for two of the carers who have attended my wife most times during our stay, for their cheerfulness and diligence in their care.

After a very serious back operation, the support from the two ladies was wonderful. I needed help with showering and dressing each day. I'm very grateful and would like to thank them. A cheery smile and a good cup of tea at the beginning of my day made my recovery easier.

Overall my wife has been well cared for and has good relationships with her regular carers. However, we have experienced some issues with management and timings of carers calling which has caused some anxiety. Hopefully, this will resolve itself.

I was nervous for the first visit but my carer was kind and understood it was all new to me. They are gentle and helpful and I found I enjoyed my shower and felt safe for the first time for ages - Very good! Nice to be pampered.

The Agincare staff are friendly and professional. My mum's regular carers come 5 days a week, 4 times a day, and treat my mum with dignity and respect at all times. The care we receive is outstanding and a great comfort to my mum and the rest of the family. My mum is so happy to see a regular carer. They treat Mum like family. She waits for them day and night. One of the good things we really like is that the same carers come. Thank you Agincare Newmilton.

The care Dad receives is very good. We feel very lucky that Dad has the same two carers 4x daily/six days per week. They are a wonderful couple who have become like friends to Dad, Mum and myself. They are very caring and show Dad respect and dignity in providing the very personal care he requires.

On the positive side, Dad has responded well to regular carers at regular times. His health has improved and he is cooperating happily, despite his declining dementia. A regular routine also ensures my father is now eating and drinking better. On the negative side, local management appear inefficient in responding to email requests and calls. Carers appear to be overstretched, leading to rushed care. Continuity of care from cover staff is occasionally poor, especially if they have not met my dad before. We also feel the varied mileage claim is unfair and should be standardised for all clients.

Just want to say how pleased we are with the care provided by the 5 main carers for my grandma. She feels very comfortable, safe and at ease with them. They are extremely efficient, caring and reliable as well as being lovely to both her and I. The 5 of them are a real credit to Agincare.
