Care rotas are a shamble, hence why you have lost many good carers, the ones that are left, they are well-presented and polite. I feel that people under the age of 18 should not be employed as a carer as it would feel like one of my grandchildren getting me showered and dressed, it's not right.

The carer supports my cousin by encouraging and helping her with showering and washing her hair which makes her feel better. She has severe mental health issues. The carer is here to increase her confidence. My cousin loves seeing her, she brightens up her day and she is a natural carer, although young she has what is needed in a very demanding but rewarding career, we wish her well, and thank her.

Today I was happy with my care, my experience on the whole is alright. I get quite tensed up when seen to. I get hungry when I don't understand what is being said to me. Sometimes, otherwise, I'm quiet and just accept things. I can't get out of bed at all, so get frustrated. I get on alright with the carers.

I am very happy with the care provided by Agincare Southampton. The staff are pleasant and approachable. There have been a couple of minor miscommunications when altering visiting times but apart from that I have no complaints.

Every carer has been extra kind, gentle and understanding of my mum's needs on every visit always. No problem that has occurred has been dealt with as professionally and efficiently as possible with the utmost care! Thank you so much Agincare! All the staff are extra special!

The carers are helpful and presentable. They help my friend very well with day to day tasks that she would struggle to do otherwise. It also helps me as well because I am not physically able to do as much as what the carers do.

My relative has always had great home care calls from Agincare. Carers always attend and provide a rota weekly so we know the estimated times of calls. All her carers she thinks of as her friends now, as they always all go above and beyond just her basic care needs to make her feel safe and cared for. Very friendly and professional at all times and brighten my relatives day. The office is always contactable and has an out of hours number. As a relative of a service user I have full confidence and trust that my relative is in good hands when I am unable to be with my relative.
