Im finding the carers very helpful and the service of Agincare very good.

All carers are very willing and able to help my husband, so we are happy to continue with them.

Each carer has been very helpful, all in different ways. Reassuring that someone is coming in each morning. If I need help again, I would like to use the service again.

There were a lot of different carers so little continuity. Of the 7 we saw, at least one had no experience of hoisting a disabled client so we had to teach them. The others were lovely. Our main issue was the confusion over the length of time care was required (2 weeks not 6 weeks) It took a long time to clear up and cost us more.

Generally, the service has been reasonably good. The standard of the carers has varied from being very good to in some cases quite poor. All carers have shown due respect to the client.

We have found our arrangement with Agincare to be considerate and caring. The management has always been willing to listen to our thoughts, feelings, and needs and has made adjustments whenever they can, to adjust to changes in our routine or requirements. The carers have always shown genuine care and friendship with my husband, and their visits make him smile and brighten his day. They have been patient, good-humoured, and kind, even when dealing with the less pleasant aspects of care. Many thanks.

The care provided for my mother has been really good, friendly and courteous. My mother has stage 2 Alzheimer's and as such can be more difficult to look after; as I live in Somerset some 50 miles away it was a relief to know that my mother was being looked after and had her meals cooked for her. One particular member of the carer team, I know I cannot use names was extremely helpful and provided a really good one-to-one relationship with my mother. Unfortunately due to a really bad fall when my Mother was out wandering, she has since been moved into full-time residential care at a care home in Taunton which is much closer to me. I can't thank the carers enough for all they did while they were looking after Mum.

I am very pleased with the care and support that I am receiving from the carers. They are very knowledgeable about everything and are quick with doing the chores, bedmaking, emptying the dishwasher, bringing the milk in etc. They are always very punctual as they work in Charminster, and that is where I live. I will definitely be using you again in the future for your continuing help that I do appreciate.
