I'm very happy with the daily care visits for Mum, which started over 3 months ago. The online notes system makes it easy to see the details of each visit, which helps with being kept informed and being able to respond to any concerns.

On the whole my experience of my care package has been a good experience. Carers are friendly, helpful and kind. I had one experience with the office and times for coming out in the morning but this was one incident and was some mix up. Good on the whole.

My son has now lived in his own property for 5 months, supported by Agincare. The staff are amazing and take great care in looking after my son, his home is always clean and tidy everything is always kept on top of, my son has a wonderful life and is enjoying so many activities that he chooses to do. He’s settled extremely well and is so happy he absolutely adores all the staff. As his mum, I’m kept very well informed on what is going on and how things are. Very happy parent.

My mum has been very happy with her visits to date and enjoyed all the carers she has met, having good chats. staff have been very helpful in meeting Mum's changing needs. I have found reading the regular reports helpful to keep me in the loop.

I have always been quite happy with Agincare. The carers have done a good job and always left me happy and comfortable. I couldn't manage without them. Absolutely no complaints.

A good and adaptable service that understood the complex needs well, can be stretched at times where staff overlap on visits but on the whole a good service provider.

I'm very happy with my care. The girls are very good, polite, very smart and always on time. They just get on and do stuff. I don't have to ask.
