The Angels carers continue to provide my Mum with an excellent care and support service. All the Team at Angels are friendly compassionate personal and caring and have shown a genuine interest in getting to know all about her. They are reliable and always show a positive attitude and encourage my Mum at every opportunity. She feels secure and happy when they arrive to help. The Angels assist with all my Mums daily medication and all their care and support has enabled my Mum to maintain some degree of independence. The carers are always willing to listen and to give advice and guidance, which has helped all the family and given us all reassurance that she is being given the best possible home care by dedicated and experienced team who always go above and beyond what we would have wished for. It has been a pleasure meeting and communicating with the Angels Home Care Kent team.

I have used Angels since September 2024 for both my parent's care needs. I have found them very helpful and polite always keeping me well informed. A great help to me. I like the 48-hour notice to put more care in or opt out to take them out for lunch. Great comfort for my mum with her dementia journey. I would recommend Angels.

All the care staff at Angels Home Care are absolute angels. The care and compassion that the team showed my dad enabling him to stay in his home, even in the twilight weeks when he was bedbound was amazing. On one occasion Dad had fallen out of bed and staff stayed with him for over 3 hours while paramedics and doctors attended so he had a familiar and friendly face present. I have only praise for the Angels Home Care team. Their hard work enabled my dad to stay in his own home as he wanted and have a peaceful and dignified passing. Nothing was too much for any of the team and meant the emotional and physical exhaustion of caring and supporting my father was reduced to just relaxed visits knowing he was clean, fed and cared for. Thank you Angels!

Very reliable, friendly and helpful, above and beyond regularly. Most importantly Mum is very happy with the care she gets. Angel's efficiency has allowed me to take a step back which is very much appreciated and needed. Couldn't be happier! Thank you ladies.

My partner was left bedbound after a long stay in hospital. Angels Home Care (Kent) have provided a professional and comprehensive care package. My partner suffers from dementia and can sometimes be challenging but the carers are cheerful, friendly and flexible. All the carers are very good but some are exceptional. Not forgetting the office and management team who are always helpful and supportive. Angels Home Care (Kent) is an outstanding care provider and I can highly recommend them.

My uncle has been using your service for a couple of years, he only has nice things to say about the carers, he looks forward to them coming. On the odd occasion when an ambulance has been needed, I appreciate that the level of above and beyond care he has received. Always made sure he isn’t alone whether they have stayed or waited for someone to take over. It is a weight of my mind knowing they have his best interest at heart. My dealings have only ever been positive.

Can’t fault the carers for what they do and what they have to put up with, always polite and willing to go the extra mile for the service user, thank you for all the care you gave my mum over the years, especially towards the end.

As sorting things out for my house-bound Mum since Angels took over a few years ago, they have never missed a call and provide a great service. If there are any concerns or problems or any needs, they will always contact me and are very easy to work with. I can't rate the value for money as social services handle the payments so I don't know the total costs only the proportion that Mum pays. I have been managing care for over 7 years. Had a number of providers that had not been very good until Angels took over the care and although issues come up we can always sort them out and there has always been great care provided. So would give them the best rating for a care provider in their area.

The carer's carried out an excellent service. I did not have to repeat myself with what I needed help with. The carers were consistent, respected my privacy, carried out extra little tasks. You always knew which carer you were having. A regular carer Monday to Friday for the AM calls, regular carer's for PM calls. They went the extra mile to help when you needed the help. I would do anything if Angel's Home Care covered the Tonbridge area. It was a pleasure having Angel's Home Care, that they deserved even a bouquet of flowers as a thank you.
