From the first moment I came from a nursing home, well over a year ago, all members of staff were friendly, knowledgeable and well-trained in their professional duties. They come two at a time because of my needs, but they all work well together in teams. I have been here well over a year and what started as a team of carers has become a group of friends.
The care worker was very pleasant. She was willing to help but needed prompting to do things that needed doing, ie. vacuuming etc.
From the moment I rang up to enquire to your initial visit to you guys visiting me in hospital and subsequent care, I've always been looked after well. Treated with respect and kindness and were sad to leave but influences dictated. You have all excellent high standards and delightful staff. I had my favourites.
I have been very happy with Bluebird Care from day one. My problems were due to a fall at the end of January, rendering me with reduced independence but not needing extreme care and am now able to cope on my own, to the point there really isn't enough for the girls to do but it is actually sadness to be parting company with the lovely young carers who have looked after me and will miss them.
I am happy with the level of care provided.
It was very reassuring to see the carer in the morning, and she was efficient and kind.
Thankfully we found Bluebird Care in time. From the start date to the final farewell, my mother found the ladies more like close friends that gave care. All my family thank the hard-work and dedication your team gave us.
Bluebird was able to look after my aunt at very short notice. The service has always been excellent, but carers are variable - the best were caring, kind, sensible, fun and good company. The worst (very few) seemed to spend a lot of time on their phones or out. We'd rather the carers did not change so rapidly.
As immediate family of the person who Bluebird have been providing care for, I would have no hesitation in recommending Bluebird Care to anyone like myself trying to set up a care plan for a loved one. Both the care provided and the pleasant communications with both Bluebird Care and the admin staff have been good positive experiences.
We were so pleased with the care from Bluebird throughout 2023. Very professional and reliable carers and a great management team in place. A very thorough care plan was produced for Dad and this changed accordingly with the change in Dad's needs. It was great to be able to know that Dad was being well cared for whilst I was living 100 miles away. Any potential problems/issues with Dad, his health, or his well-being were raised straight away and solutions found. Unfortunately, Dad was no longer able to stay in his home but we would thoroughly recommend Bluebird to anyone who was looking for a care agency in Bournemouth/Poole.
Our carers are professional, friendly, respectful, helpful and cheerful. They have all become friends.
I had homecare for the last 12 months and have found all the carers very kind, helpful, caring and friendly. I thank every one of them.
I was pleased that Bluebird were able to come so speedily in the first place and as I improved after my fall, they were able to come earlier, gradually. I shall not hesitate to call upon your services again in future if required.

One of the carers came and tried to make breakfast for my mother. First, she put cooking margarine on the toast, then the second slice was not to my mother's liking. The carer's response was 'well get up and make it yourself '. My mother was very upset as she is an invalid and finds getting up by herself very difficult. I asked her to leave and phoned Bluebird to terminate their service. Some of the other carers were quite nice but my mother was not happy having different people at different times each day.
I'm speaking for my parents as my father is the patient being cared for. From my brief meetings with some of the carers and my parent's comments to me, I only have positive reactions to share. If my parents were not happy with the service I would be the first to hear. Thanks, Bluebird.
My grateful thanks to the Bluebird team for the care and attention they gave for the last three years to my late brother.
