Would prefer staff to remain constant, with younger staff with more common sense, timing ok if kept.
An excellent service with above-average support. No task is too difficult and carried out with friendly, supportive and smiling staff who are a credit to your company.
I am pleased with the service now, and have nothing useful to say or add.
In general, I am looked after very well but there are occasional lapses.
My mother is a new client to Bluebird Care and was at first reluctant to accept help of any kind. However, her initial experience with Bluebird has been extremely positive and she now looks forward to their visits. As her daughter (and until recently her only carer) my life has been made a great deal easier knowing that there is in place a reliable service that my mother enjoys. Is worth every penny. Since the first time I made contact with Bluebird Care, up until the last visit by the career of the recent short term care package the professional service and exceptional care has been exemplary. The pre-care assessment was thorough and continued correspondence regarding all visits and additional documentation requirements were clear and precise. I can’t thank you or highly recommend you enough. Well done Bluebird Care.
As a new service user, Mum has enjoyed the wonderful service she has had from Bluebird. Initially, Mum was unsure about having care in the home as she wanted to be independent as long as possible, but the carers are always friendly, kind, understanding and come promptly at the planned time, so she’s delighted with having care at home now. It also means she can stay in her own home instead of going into a care home at the moment. The service has made a huge difference to Mum's week and she looks forward very much to her carer coming. Thanks to Bluebird.
Excellent care, friendliness and professionalism from all the Carers with whom we had contact. The only criticism is that on one occasion the Carer arrived late and on another occasion, no one came at all. Suggest a stronger policy on reserve staff. The financial requirements are reasonable, except that I feel a month notice seems excessive. When my mother was ill and then now when we had short notice re a care home, we had to pay for a lot not used.
