If there was anything that they were concerned with they would always call me, which was very appreciated, so we could sort things out between us. Not that they called me often, only on a couple of times. They are a godsend.
Both carers and office staff are very friendly and offer attentive care to my grandad and our family. Always at the end of the phone and willing to help. Any queries have always been resolved. A huge support and they are very much appreciated.
Mum started using Bluebird Care in July. Even if I paid a million pounds we could not get better service. We had a few hiccups at the beginning while we were all learning to get used to each other. The staff in the office and carers are amazing always there with friendly advice nothing too much trouble. Would highly recommend Blue Bird to anyone.
Bluebird are excellent carers and are very reliable. They always turn up on time. The office are very helpful and always act immediately if anything needs to be changed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bluebird to others if needed. It is reassuring knowing that Bluebird are caring for my dad.
My wife has two Bluebird Care carers who take turns about during the working week. She is extremely happy with both of them. They are well trained, experienced, friendly, helpful and kind. The response from the admin team and supervisor has been good and all our requests or questions have been promptly dealt with.
The service my partner receives is very good and the carers are always polite and jolly.

I have Bluebird Care for 1-hour every morning (Tuesday to Friday) to help with personal care. Having the same person on a regular basis helps because you get to know each other and are not constantly having to explain what needs doing. I have found Bluebird's staff friendly, polite and helpful.
All standards of care provided very good. All carers have been very polite and friendly. Health and safety standards good e.g gloves, aprons, masks provided.
Left with no shopping. Let me down every time when trying to see my family, then ignoring my needs. The home office calls me after I complained online after reporting many incidents. Feel let down now and failed me.
Bluebird Care Enfield was picked from a list given by social services. Initial contact was very welcoming. The management staff seemed to know and understand exactly what I needed for my father's care visits. The carers turned up at the appointed time and stayed for the duration of the visit. When visits needed to be adjusted they came up with workable solutions, nothing was too much trouble. All staff were always caring, pleasant and helpful. My father looked forward to seeing them.

Mum has built up a good bond with two carers already who come more often, she is quite resistant to having things done for her but she is accepting it more now. It is also helping her to be more social and this is better for her memory it seems to help her remember more.
