All the carers are lovely and go above and beyond to meet Dad's needs. There have been occasions when the carers have stayed to wait for an ambulance and nothing has been too much trouble. Communication is very timely. You often hear the care sector criticised, this is not the case for this company. Thank you everyone.
The people and the services provided by Bluebird Care are excellent, they have gone above and beyond to help in any way they can. Our family has been overtaken with dementia with my mother-in-law, father-in-law and my mother all now being suffers. The manager and her team have made the transition from them all being independent to now needing regular visits for different needs very smooth and painless. The online reporting is brilliant and if you have any worries or concerns, the team are always on the end of the phone willing to help! To describe them, brilliantly reassuring, caring with personally tailored care.
Bluebird Care has been visiting my dad to give him a shower. My dad has enjoyed the visit to care for him and although I have never met any of the carers, he tells me that they are very nice! On one occasion, the carer noticed a sore place on Dad and he was quickly referred to the GP - faster than I could have done! Any conversation I have had on the phone with office staff has been professional and helpful and as and when Dad needs more help, I won't hesitate in asking Bluebird.
Bluebird carers come to care for my 82-year-old husband, who has advanced dementia. I needed help because he can become uncooperative and at times aggressive. The carers have been kind, professional and have worked hard to engage with my husband. He responds to some better than others. They arrive promptly and sometimes have exceeded the time when it's been necessary. It could possibly be helpful to employ some male carers. Familiarity with the carers is important to my husband and they try to spend time talking to him. Overall, happy with care.
Bluebird have been a large part of my life for a couple of years now. The manager visits regularly and helps my family chase up prescriptions. All the girls are lovely, they are patient, hard-working and always give me plenty of encouragement and help if needed. They are kind and go above their duties.
The care my mother has received from Blue Bird Care has been exceptional. From the moment of my initial call, the response was professional and proactive and if there was an option to give the two carers 10 stars that is what you would see. Huge thanks - it is good to know you are there should the need arise again. We can’t recommend you highly enough.
I have been really pleased with the care provided by Bluebird Cheshire East. They have been supporting my parents and helping them to stay safe and cared for and therefore remain independent despite the progression of their dementia. They are kind, caring, helpful, pragmatic and respectful, and understand that separately my parents have very different needs. They've even taught Mum how to use her air fryer! They are always on time, really responsive to changing circumstances, and are great at maintaining communication with the family. I highly recommend them without hesitation.
Bluebird Care Cheshire East are excellent, they look after my mother so well. They genuinely care and treat her like one of their own. If she isn't well they consult with doctors and district nurses which puts my mind at ease. My mum is so happy with the care she receives.
The care my husband is receiving is very good. The carers are very pleasant, helpful and respectful also, they come at a time they say, not mid-morning, which we have had with other care companies. So overall, I am very pleased with Bluebird - 10-10.

The carers have prepared meals for my parents/my mother with dementia since 2021. I am very satisfied with the professional and friendly service they provide. My parents have got to know the carers well and look forward to their visits, and it brightens up their day.
My experience is never less than very good and is mostly excellent. My carers are very efficient combined with friendliness and respect for me as a fellow human being. They always remember how I like things which are amazing considering their caseload. They can always cheer me up when I feel low.
My husband has been with you since falling and fracturing his femur, this fall exacerbated his long-standing Parkinson's. I cannot speak highly enough of the caring professionalism of all your lovely carers. Every change in his condition especially recently has been dealt with promptly and compassionately. We both look forward to seeing his carer every day, always cheerful and diligent. They have all become our new friends.
Having visited my dad regularly for the past few months for his lunchtime visit Bluebird was providing a wonderful service but they went above and beyond by stepping in to do extra visits including regular Covid testing. Without their immediate support, I'm not sure how we would have managed. Huge thanks to all the management and care staff at Bluebird Care.
I am completely satisfied, especially as we are now experiencing such difficulties in every day living. Your staff have adjusted magnificently - they show care and support, listen to our problems and sympathise with our disabilities. My carers carry out cleaning duties efficiently and without instructions.

The care for my wife, who has Parkinson's, has been excellent since we first started with Bluebird in 2012. During the current crises, they have never let us down; I take my hat off to them.
I have always found the company reliable and on time. I am happy to have various carers - all enjoy their work and have cheerful dispositions. The company seems to ve a happy 'family' who respect and support each other. I had a CVA I 1994 and suffered left hemiparesis and sensory disturbance. Recently I have had many trips to A&E and admissions - once home, the carers cope with the added challenges. One took control, alerted 999 when I fitted and stayed with my wife until they were sure she was ok.
