Every single carer that has assisted me has been friendly, professional, kind and efficient. I cannot fault any of the carers. Highly recommend. The management overall can be helpful but I did raise a query re my care plan timings over 2 weeks ago and management have still not responded. Not even a courtesy call. So I feel very let down and this should be improved.

The service is expensive Some staff are difficult to understand due to their accents, They don't always turn up on time due to they have got behind with previous clients - so don't have enough time allotted to them to serve each client properly everyday. The staff are always pleasant and have a laugh and a joke.

Being a client of Bradcare since September 2024 after leaving the hospital and undergoing respite. The care I have received from the staff has been very positive and supportive. I must admit the company are totally value for money for the care they give. I use them in the morning and preparing a meal at lunchtime every day with dignity. I would recommend this company 100%.
