Excellent care by both management and carers. Extremely supportive with family. Always act swiftly and efficiently to any changes requested from family. Liaison and communication are also excellent and extremely good value for money. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you.

We have found Bridge Care to be an excellent service. We are kept informed of any issues. The carers are very caring, considerate and compassionate towards my mum. Most importantly they always have a smile, and a good sense of humour which they need. Overall our experience over the last months and to date gives us as a family peace of mind that mum's needs are cared for.

All staff are friendly. They are helpful and take action when necessary if Dad needs further personal care help, or if Dad needs medical intervention urgently or different medical help by contacting their managers who in turn, contact me to arrange further help if necessary.

The care, support and consideration given by Bridge Care Services goes beyond words. All the 'ratings' don't cover their commitment to the client's well-being. All the staff have empathy for the client. They are not just employees but loved and trusted members of our extended family. Our lives would be a lot poorer without their input.

Bridge Care Services are very good. I get some very good meals that are made for me because of my epilepsy, no frying of food because it is dangerous and two baps twice a week and I put on bacon and tomato or cold cooked meat, cheese, spring onion and chutney. Sometimes we make a big meal and I will put half into the freezer and use it when I want. Bridge Care will do other things for you such as shopping or cleaning but I do not need that at the moment with being a bit younger. The staff that come to me, come on time and very friendly and have drink of coffee or tea and a chat when we have finished the cooking and washing up. I will need help to do other things as I get older but that is for later on in life. I will have often have one staff coming to me twice a week and I decide when I want them to come and I do the shopping making sure that I have all that I want for the next visit and try to have a new meal that I have not had before.

Bridge Care are a well managed organisation with a great team of committed carers. They have provided support to Mum over the years and adapted that support as she has got older and more frail. I would highly recommend Bridge Care Services to anyone.

We receive two visits a day from the same carers, who are great. I am very happy with Mum's care package from Bridge Care. They enable her to live independently whilst ensuring that she has a shower every day and is able to be up, dressed and having breakfast with no difficulty on her part. We know that she has her medication and will be set up for the day. Without the visits from Bridge Care, Mum could not live alone.

We have a set team of dedicated carers who have been our regular team for a number of years now, and therefore visits run smoothly and efficiently. The whole family is treated with the same level of care and respect as the client. We have always been extremely happy with the level of care we receive. Thank you.

The carers are lovely and they have become good friends to my mum. The office staff are great too and are very accommodating when schedules have to change. My mum is much happier since she has Bridge Care.

I cannot thank Bridge Care Services enough for caring and supporting my mum over the last 3 months. I live 300 miles from my mum and they literally came to my rescue. Having made initial contact they were so kind and friendly and were quickly able to put a support package in place. They are professional, friendly and caring. My mum relies on them twice a day, not only for care but for social interaction. I don’t know what we would have done without them.

Reliable, caring company, very supportive staff both in daily carers and indeed the office team. My father has been a client now for 18 months and feels safe and well supported to meet his current daily needs in his own home. This in turn makes looking to his future care needs less stressful to him and indeed his family.
