View Full Details of Brunelcare Somerset Home Care ServicesI would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care provided to my dad by your team of carers. following his discharge, all 8 carers have been nothing short of fantastic - we truly could not have asked for more. they immediately adapted to the home routine and made Dad feel at ease during a difficult transition. once an active, independent 90-year-old (1 month ago!) he now requires support for every aspect of life. Despite this, the carers have approached their role with cheerfulness, respect and unwavering kindness. Also, they've connected on a personal level, taking time to engage about family photos, hobbies etc. Their professionalism and compassion have made an immeasurable difference, and we are so grateful for the dignity and warmth they bring to Dad's care.
From the moment the carers started looking after my mum, I felt that I had made the right choice. They treated her with respect and dignity. Listened to her wishes and also showed great kindness towards her. Everyone that I have dealt with has been approachable and accommodating. I couldn't have asked for a more professional service to care for my mum.
Brunelcare Somerset Home Care Services staff are very kind, thoughtful and helpful. I couldn't live in my home without them coming. Nothing is ever too much and will always help with whatever. Amend my calls around all my doctor and hospital appointments (two to three a week, sometimes more at the moment). Best care company around, so glad I have them and better than the previous company I had. Thank you.
My mum became ill at the beginning of the year and very quickly lost the capacity to look after herself. Prior to this, she had been extremely independent. I initially attempted to sort a care package with the hospital, who recommended several local care providers, none of which seemed suitable. I found information about Brunelcare Somerset Home Care Services through an internet search and sent a rather desperate message to them at 11 pm one evening. Their response was received by 8 am the next morning, they could not have been more understanding, caring, efficient and informative. They recommended a half-hour welfare daily package for Mum and met me at her property. They made Mum feel so comfortable and me so reassured that they were the correct choice for us. They are, without exception, kind, considerate and friendly. I cannot thank them enough. Not only do they check on her well-being but they all actively encourage her to take on her daily routine, get out into the garden and now even take short walks.
I have been a client with Brunelcare since 2015 the carers I have had are great. In my opinion the problem is the office it changed when some of the office staff changed a few years ago. I am surprised that nobody has wondered why so many staff leave.
I found the carers to be supportive and encouraging to do as much as possible for yourself. The contract seems complicated and now well explained using too many technical works and abbreviations. Leaving the client and the home carer feeling isolated making a stressful situation worse.
Excellent care from all helpers. Very kind and helpful.
I enjoy the time I have with my carers, especially the regular carers that look after me each week. They are very kind and considerate and take the time to ensure my needs are well looked after. Their care is to a very high standard and I enjoy their company. They also always try to accommodate my requirements with timings and will go out of their way to ensure these are met, so thank you for looking after me so well.
I have not had any bad experiences. All the staff are very helpful and kind.
Very friendly and very caring. The client was a bit worried about someone coming in to bathe him but when they came, he was different, so I think it put his mind at ease. He felt like he had known the carer for a long time.
My mum has dementia and is only able to remain in her home due to the high level of care she receives from Brunel care. As a family, we have developed good relationships with all the carers and have the confidence to raise any concerns we have about our Mum.
