View Full Details of Care 4 U Home Care AgencyOverall my father and I are very happy with the quality of service, care and compassion he receives from all the staff. The continuity of care has given my father the level of care and observation he has needed to stay and be healthy. It has also given me great comfort and reassurance he is looked after and given me the respite as his main carer.
We, as a family, are happy with the service from Care 4 U Home Care Agency. My elderly mum has been happy with the carers she has had over the last several months. I must point out though, at first mum was having too many inexperienced and lazy carers, in whom weren't able to communicate to mum in a native tongue. This was due to the government handing pots of money and promised prospects to carers that they'll have a job for five years at the end of their training. I think this just brought on too much stress and chaos to office and clients. Hoping that's been scrapped now! I hope the money is being used to keep our carers in up-to date, ongoing training Overall communication from staff in the office is excellent. They go above and beyond with any little worries we may have and deal with them promptly.
Reliable and efficient service experienced to date. Caring, friendly staff and well presented. Those I have caring for me have been well trained and after some experience, have been very self assured. More car owners might relieve the late evening carers of walking in inclement and dangerous places on their own. Some clients regret a lack of night carers.
