View Full Details of Care 4U Services (Midlands) LtdYour carers visited our dear sister and friend from July 2024 until November 2024. Each and everyone of them were so respectful and caring and we valued their support at a very difficult time. They were efficient, friendly, and helpful. Thank you so much.
My mom has had this service for a while now and we cannot fault the care or management of the company. All of the carers are kind and caring, nothing seems too much trouble. The ladies have all been hard working and respectful too. Would recommend highly.
Excellent service.
The service commenced in July as my brother moved into a new property: Different carers visited one deserves special praise, she was proactive in getting my brother into good habits. I met her and her attitude is spot on. The App is a good way to see the visits and the points covered.
My mum has been receiving care from Care 4U for the last few months now - I was worried at first because she has received such bad care in the past. I needn't worry! From the moment we met one member of staff we knew Mum would be looked after better than ever before. I am able to get in touch with someone 24 hours a day if I have any worries if mum has a favourite carer then she's been able to see her more frequently and, when she had an emergency at home a couple of days ago, in between the carers normal visits, I just messaged Sonia who got one of mum's carers back out to her within minutes... I can't tell you how much that meant to us both - we have NEVER experienced anything like this before. Her carers see her 4 times a day, they are lovely, kind, clean, and tidy, and will do anything to help, mum genuinely likes them, and they are always on time or within 30 minutes of it (at times to suit my mum, not the care company). Brilliant caring company...
We terminated our contract with Care4U Services Hall Green via email giving a week's notice. Their manager's response to my email was that it was okay as they require a week's notice, but what she can do is terminate as of the following day. This was their attitude towards the cancellation of their services. To make matters worse despite agreeing their last day of service to be on a Monday, they were a no-show. Having realised the carer was a no-show to administer my mum's medication that morning, I emailed the manager asking if they were going to attend for the remaining visits that day. She discarded the discussion thread so as not to reply to my question. It was apparent they were not going to attend to my mother's needs that day and they didn't! To make matters worse, they actually invoiced us for services for that day they didn't attend! Poor service. I advise you to find a more reliable and caring care provider/service elsewhere!
Very good, reliable service. Kind caring staff who help me maintain my life with independence and dignity as much as possible.
We are very pleased with the care and carers that my mother-in-law receives. They look after her very well and she looks forward to seeing them. The carers are always very pleasant and treat my mother-in-law with kindness. The only thing we find that on occasion the times which are 8am, 12 noon, 4pm and 8pm are not always adhered to, but that is the only thing. Overall we couldn't be happier with the service provided and all the ladies should be praised for their hard work.
The care that come in to see the client are very good, they are compassionate and care for their clients. They make sure her needs are met. They buy her fish and chips and eat lunch with her, which she enjoys.
I am very pleased with the support I am getting from all the carers, they do a brilliant job. They come out in all weathers, where doctors never come out. Thank you very much.
My carers are really kind and nothing is too much. I would recommend this company to anyone.
I have no complaints at all. They have been very helpful, so God bless them.
Punctual, caring, helpful, and always willing to change appointment time if unavailable at short notice.
The team cared for my dad during the last few weeks of his life. They were truly amazing and made those few weeks far easier for the family. They treated my dad with so much respect and dignity, going over and above to ensure he was well cared for. The carers are very hard working and gentle. They also checked in on my mum. They are really very special, kind and compassionate ladies and I would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you team so much for everything you did.
This was the first time we have used carers and we were very apprehensive and worried that the care provided would meet our expectations. The care and love you give to a loved one is very hard to be expected of someone else to provide. However, the ladies that were my niece's regular carers for only a short time were fantastic. They made my niece feel relaxed and reassured, they dealt with her in a kind and compassionate manner. It's rare that you come across the right people in this industry but I can honestly say that we definitely found them here at Care 4U Services. Would like to say a massive thank you to the carers for their care.
Care 4U have been my sole carers now since 2019, our third year their services just gets better and better, the standard of care improves all the time, their ongoing commitment to us the service users. Communication is great, great life skills from all carers. Safeguarding is the best, they take our views into account always. Excellence in domiciliary care. Credit in personal and infection control. 100% knowledge in care management. Outstanding, empathy, diversity, kindness, equality.
My mother came home from hospital frail and not interested in eating and very low, and after encouragement, care and compassion from the team she has started to improve. I would like to thank her carer in particular as she has been with my mother from the beginning and has built a really good relationship with her (especially as she can be quite difficult at times). My mother doesn’t take to people easily and it’s lovely to see her communicating with her carer in particular and the rest of the carers alike, she is encouraged to eat and all her needs are taken care of such as washing and dressing and the care given is exemplary. Whenever I contact the office my requests are always dealt with sympathetically and professionally by the manager, who will also offer advice and recommendations if I need any. I am so glad that we choose Care 4U (Midlands) Ltd, fantastic team, thank you.
Care 4U Services have provided outstanding services for my aunty, especially one of the carers who has been in touch checking if everything is ok, there is another key worker who is an asset to the organisation she has made my aunty so happy with her outstanding care, dedication and very kind character I couldn't ask for anything more than what she does for them. I have personally met her and thought she was the best carer they have had since coming out from the hospital. I highly recommend Care 4U to anyone as they are designed for the specific needs of every individual wow.
Care 4U has been my care provider commissioned by Birmingham city council adult social care for 1 year. They are a great company, I’ve had no complaints whats so ever, it is a mutual relationship between myself and the carers, the management is very accessible and always keep in touch with me offering me a lot of support at times when I’ve been feeling low in mood dysthymia the have been above exceptional throughout covid19 The risk assessment is always being updated, your care plan is openly discussed with it being a person centre approached. The cares are LGBT accepting, there are no barriers with equality and diversity and are happy to discuss any concerns. The personal care is 100% above exceptional with first-class infection control. I have enjoyed their friendly empathetic kind professional and positive outlook. I would recommend this service to others and certainly, if you are a LGBT person, it’s a real bonus living in Birmingham they are LGBT accepting
In my opinion, carers and clients need a few weeks getting used to each other; then a special bond sets in. I am lucky to have this with both my morning and evening carer. They cook my meals for me and do the necessary chores I ask of them, and I look forward to seeing them every day.
