We were overwhelmed by the care we received from Care Connect. Our dad came out of hospital to spend his last weeks at home. It was such a relief to know that he was being so well looked after by the carers who visited each day. They gave him all the time he needed, talked to him and got to know him and helped him with the little things that were so important for him to feel dignified and still himself. We had a tricky situation at home. The manager listened to our concerns without judgement going above and beyond to help us navigate this while maintaining confidentiality. I really don't know how we would have coped without the support of Care Connect.

I was recommended Care Connect by a friend. Once I approached Care Connect to take over the continuing health care of my terminally ill uncle, I was impressed by their total understanding, respect, compassion, and care shown to my uncle. He was very happy with the experience and friendliness he was shown by the carers who attended to him, nothing was a problem. I could not thank them enough. I have now engaged their services once again for my Father. Highly recommend! Wonderful staff including office staff, carers, and managers, very professional.

My Mum has had excellent care from Care Connect UK over her time as a client of theirs. We can not fault them in the way they look after her with dignity and empathy. The management team always keep me informed regarding any time changes to her daily care. We have confidence in their reliable service which gives my Mum peace of mind. I can not recommend the company and staff highly enough. My thanks to them all in making my life easier in looking after Mum.

I can't thank the wonderful ladies of the Care Connect team from the direct care givers to the supporting office staff they have been amazing with mum, updating us at every visit and calling if there is an issue which is such a comfort to us and mum loves her girls. Mum was unwell on Friday morning and the carer spotted a problem straight away and called an ambulance and the office called us. Mum isn't well but not with what we thought and if they hadn't called an ambulance we would never have known until it was too late. They even followed up the next day to see how mum is. I can't recommend Care Connect enough. If you are looking for a team that really cares about the whole family choose Care Connect UK they are amazing

Excellent service, very professional carers and staff. Very understanding of my physical and mental health needs. The manager is very easy to talk to and discuss things. Every carer I have had visit me has been a pleasure to be around. They are very open and honest and accountable which I admire and respect. Top-notch.

Since leaving hospital in 2019 I have been looked after by Care Connect UK. In the morning they wash and dress me and give me my breakfast. They also give me my medication. Each week they give me a bath. They leave the flat looking tod. They visit to give me my lunch and further medication. Then a further visit to give me my dinner and finally in the evening to put me to bed. They are very kind and courteous and professional. I cannot praise them enough.

I would just like to say that since my mother has been receiving help from a carer, going back to January through February and now March, myself and my sister have had a considerable amount of pressure taken off us and indeed my mother appears in better spirits. All of the carers are friendly, helpful and, more importantly, provide the service that we require to help our mum with her daily needs. Thank you so much!

This company is great, they're always there to give advice over the phone and they will do anything to help out. My auntie is now going to a day centre, straight away when they found out they changed the time to half an hour earlier, so I could get myself ready while they pop in. Staff are caring and don't just help my auntie they even offer myself a cuppa, especially one carer, in particular, she goes above and beyond. I would really recommend them for your loved one as my auntie is very shy and hard to please and even she loves them.

The person that came knew the dog and carried out the duties admirably. The carer joked with my wife and did all that I asked. Unfortunately, sometimes the regular carer was sent somewhere else but the standard was maintained.

Great care delivered by all carers and diligent too. The management team is quick to respond to any concerns and deal with any issues in a timely manner. Lovely rapport with Dad and carers, especially the male staff who ensure Dad knows when the football is on and what channel!

My relative has dementia. She lives alone. All her relatives live some distance away. Care Connect look after her (four calls) daily. She is a difficult case but the carers have gone over and above what could be expected in dealing with her. They keep us informed of any problems. We work together to make sure she has everything she needs. They really seem to understand her behaviour and she is now accepting her carers' visits. Thank you Care Connect for everything you do. Great work!

I cannot speak highly enough of the Care Connect carers who came to look after my Mum four times a day, seven days a week for several years. They are beyond wonderful! Towards the end of her life, Mum was bedridden and needed help to do everything from just sitting up in bed to using the commode. The amazing carers changed Mum several times a day, they brought her meals and the best cups of tea! They washed and dressed her daily with such professional care whilst preserving her dignity. They monitored her health/medications whilst cheerfully chatting away to her, keeping her spirits up. Their understanding and kindness when she felt a bit grumpy showed true compassion. They couldn't do enough for her and were appreciated beyond belief. My Mum truly loved them all. The family could relax, knowing that Mum was receiving the best care from the kindest, most caring ladies in the business. We can’t express how much we appreciate them and how much they all meant to Mum and the family.

Friendly, caring and patient staff who have been extremely accommodating and helpful to my mother. During a period when I was absent, they went above and beyond what could be expected in delivering her comfort and support. The people in the office, and in particular, one house visitor, were exceptionally responsive, kind and caring.

Caring staff and several go the extra mile to ensure that my brother has what he needs. One carer, in particular, has not been phased by the need to help with personal care and has anticipated his needs when he has not been able to. Management has also been most helpful in checking needs with the relevant hospital and has organised an appointment as well. I am extremely grateful for their help, and my brother has the same praise for the carers he has met with one, in particular, giving the most helpful assistance.

I was bedbound and had two carers seeing to me on a daily basis, from being an independent woman working full-time to go to being bedridden was hard but every carer I saw was amazing, I normally had two ladies and they were great with me, my dignity was in place at all times with them, nothing was too much for them to do. I liked having regular carers as they knew me and my needs rather than having to explain to different people. I would fully recommend this company - thanks for everything.
