I am very pleased with the care I received for my mum. The carers were very friendly and communicated any needs for my mum effectively. I could contact the company and they were very responsive with any questions I had.

Very bad service never follow policies and procedures and if you do have a complaint they try and make it go away. Sometimes there won't be staff to cover shifts and if you ever ring their on-call they do not answer the phone. Be very careful.

We had a family wedding this August and mum needed a carer to look after her at the wedding as mum suffers from Alzheimer's we contacted Care Connect as they were recommended by someone we knew! The lady who cared for my mum was very good at her job and we had no problems at all we just looked after the wedding day and the carer looked after mum! My mother enjoyed the day and was very pleased with the lady who had looked after her! We would recommend Care Connect to anyone who has relatives who need care with no hesitation!
