I have never experienced such care. One staff member is a born carer. Another staff member was also a good carer. I totally vote for caring care every time. Excellent company caring care.

I have found that the care my mom has been given has been overall very good and we haven't had any problems. All the staff have been very polite and helpful when we have been dealing with them.

My usual carer is excellent and the carers who have come to cover her holidays have also been very good.

The carers are absolutely great they are looking after my wife brilliantly Thank them from us. They visit on time every morning and check my wife When washing and dressing her for anything untoward that may have happened To her what I may have missed has my wife bruises easily now. All in all the carers are most trusted looking after my wife on every visit every day Really great at the job caring for her many thanks to them. This care as been so good for 11 months approximately since my wife became ill.

Have regular carer now as of the same since last year. Everything asked of her she actions. She comes more or less the same time every Day to help my Brother shower and put his medical creams on his body and collects clothes washing and places in the washing machine. The routine in regular and the routine fits in wth my Day.

I would just like to say I am very grateful for the service I receive from you. The visiting times are punctual and suit my needs. The service I get from you is adequate. Some carers are fair and some indifferent. The carer I have regularly is good and overall good service.

All very helpful and professional when picking my mom up and the staff who come to bath her every morning and very polite and helpfull!! The woman who comes regularly every morning to bath my mom, is very helpfull.

We have used this company for some time. I am embarrassed to say I never thought about leaving a review. Well, in one word fantastic. Dad is 96 and frail. It's lovely to see that dad is being well looked after. This would always be of importance to me, but living 150 out is even more important. I need care for dad that I can depend on, is flexible and meets dad's needs. This is that company. A big thank you to all the staff, including those who deal with communication.

Found your service very good but at times I feel carers have been in a rush so no hot meal was given just sandwiches also his living space was untidy but once I addressed this issue we have received an excellent service.

I started with Caring Care in 2021, the care right from the start was amazing. At first it was my husband who was receiving the care but when I became ill the carers were quick to help me and the office staff worked hard to get me a care package in place. The carers became family to me and my husband, so caring and helpful. I couldn't have been more grateful for them supporting me to get back to my normal daily routine and supporting my husband to the end of his life.

My nan's recently got out of hospital and Caring Care have been with her 24 hours a day. I cannot say a bad word about this company as they are fantastic. The administration team and the manager are brilliant they help with any query and are very efficient. The carers have gone above and beyond to make sure my nan's care needs are met. Overall very satisfied with this company and would recommend to anyone who needs a loved one looking after.

We have found the carers very professional and helpful. They are friendly and polite and complete their tasks willingly.

Within the first week the carer had created a relationship with my mother. Mum has been treated with respect at all times and happily chats to the carer each morning. It is a huge weight off my mind to know that mum is washed and dressed in clean clothes each day. In the future, I would love to be able to access the daily reports on my phone or computer.

On the whole, my experience has been mostly satisfactory. All my carers have been professional and polite, always following health and safety guidelines. One slight criticism is that some don't have a level of English I would expect, especially as dealing with some patients with complex medical and mental issues.

I can hardly begin to tell how grateful I am for the care shown to wife during a very stressful period. My wife was rarely able to express her thoughts and was sometimes rather offensive towards them, but the carers continued to care and respect her. They were always on time or even early. It was a huge relief to be able to rely on them. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. I have a photo of the carers (would have loved to have more), it shows a carer sitting with her arm around my wife while she slept, they sat together for hours. Every time I look at it I am moved to tears (and this 75 year old grumpy old man does not show emotions easily). I only have the highest regard and respect for all the carers involved.

Being young (43), I put off having carers for over a year with my chronic illness but I was so pleased with the care I'm given daily. The 'treated with dignity' was the one I was worried about the most but they have kept a consistent carer for me and for that I'm very grateful. These girls (carers) although young are very kind and caring. They are an asset to your company, treat them well!

The service provided by the staff of Caring Care is always of a high standard. They are always courteous and polite. The staff are always clean and well presented in uniform.
