View Full Details of Cera - PrescotI can not thank and praise this home care service enough. The care my auntie receives from all the carers especially from the care assistant has been amazing, they are not just carers they are also friends. They have supported us and my aunt through a difficult time and not living near to my aunt I have peace knowing that CRG Homecare are caring for her. Thanks also to the management team for their support and understanding.
This is not a care provider I would recommend. No clear guidance on times the carer can arrive and leave. My dad's lunchtime was scheduled for 1.30pm. But lunchtime visit was getting earlier and earlier to the extent of it being done at 11am! Tea time scheduled for 5.30pm, known to have it at 4pm! Only ironed shirts. Bedding folded and put away. I took them home to be ironed properly. Out of date food left in the fridge. Food left uncovered and not wrapped in cling film. My Dad served a bread roll with green mould on. Dining table covered in crumbs, never wiped. Carer rushed all tasks and forgot to put things back in their original place. My dad is blind. Consent form not completed to take my dad's card to withdraw cash. Docs in file incorrectly completed. Those who did my dad's lunch and tea times visits, my dad liked. These staff I felt were overstretched and worked hard. I reported numerous concerns, but felt wasn't interested. No information was provided on how the service is to be provided.
