View Full Details of Cheshire Homecare Services LtdThe care Cheshire Homecare Services provided for my mum was outstanding. She had motor neurone disease and as she cruelly declined in every way, she was mentally totally aware of what was going on. The carers started when her ability to wash and feed herself reached a point where we needed help, through until she lost all mobility and all speech. The carers genuinely seemed to care for her and came in bright and cheerful, talking to her even when she could no longer talk back. By the end, when she couldn't even write or text, they still gave her their time and attention. As Mum's final days approached, CHS helped us tremendously with Social Services as SS refused to revisit her care package. CHS helped us to get her in the final respite care home. Mum died a few weeks later but throughout her dreadful illness, the carers treated her with kindness, consideration and respect. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a more personal approach to care.
Full of broken promises, do not follow instructions of care needed, absolutely appalling, wouldn't pay milk bottle tops, let alone £16 for half an hour care! I would really like to tell everyone what made us as a family not use this company, but because we challenged their competency, they withdrew care. I would have thought it was more professional to resolve the issues with the family. But, they prefer to bin you off and move on to the next poor client!
