My wife has been receiving end-of-life care for over a year. During this time she has been treated with respect, and her carers have been at pains to ensure her comfort and dignity. They have been assiduous in acquiring the skills necessary to meet her needs. They have at all times fostered a good relationship with her, and with her family.

I cannot thank the carers enough for their professionalism in looking after my late partner. They were kind and caring and nothing was too much for them. It was a part of the day we both looked forward to, very polite and friendly, I just can’t fault them. I would definitely recommend your company. Once again, thank you all for your wonderful service.

Community Care Direct cared for my mother for 4 months. During this time, they were professional, kind and caring. They always met my mum's requests. They were reliable with no missed visits. Staff were consistent and no agency was used. Communication was excellent with the office, 24 hours a day. The support given to us throughout was exceptional and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

From the outset when I met with Community Care, the people were and remain extremely professional. At all levels of contact, they explain what they have done, what I need to do and any information that needs to be passed onto the DNs. They have treated my wife in a professional but very caring way, always talking to her knowing she can't fully respond. The whole care package has taken a lot of worry and concern from me knowing that my wife is looked after the way she is.
