Excellent caring and understanding. I have Lymphoedema in both legs and it just makes my life easier. The care staff always take care and make sure they don’t cause me any discomfort, all in all, an excellent care provider. Thank you for everything you do for me and for the support it really means so much to me. Kind regards.
Since day one of my mother's care, the ladies who have care for my mother have been outstanding. Their patience and bedside manner have been second to none. Having a house full of people living on the same residence as the patients can be challenging, however, the ladies have had the upmost respect and have adapted to the dynamic of her household.
The care manager and her team always give my wife care, compassion and understanding at all times. This is a massive relief for me, knowing that my wife receives this excellent care which makes her happy, and I know she is in good hands. Happy wife, happy life.
I was anxious coming out of hospital and having home care. The care manager and field care supervisor took the time to come and meet me first. They listened to my anxiety and put me at ease, they also took the time to get to know me and what was important to me. The team that they have provided all put my needs/wants as a priority and show great compassion, empathy and respect.
We understand why they have a poor record with CQC. Inadequate and a requires improvement rating. Awful service. They have let us down and left our family member at risk. Avoid this service. Appalling standard of care. Poor communication. Lack basic knowledge and should not be allowed to work with vulnerable people.
Time-keeping - two carers great, others not acceptable. Quality - quality not consistent across carers. Training - seems inadequate or non-existent. Management - not to a good standard, from over clients and staff.
Can't thank the manager and her team enough. Everything, from care for my parents to willingness to adapt quickly and advice and help from the office staff has been excellent. You're doing a great job. Made a difficult time so much easier.
The various carers have come regularly and have always been helpful and kindly. They do little extra tasks but do not waste time.
Excellent care and attention at all times. My daughter who visits regularly can support the above statement
Community Care was recommended to me by a friend to care for our mum. She is only 74 and diagnosed with dementia. The office-care staff were very approachable, caring, understanding. Mums care was very consistent, the girls worked as a team. They were very professional towards mum and always showed her great respect. They communicated with each other and made us as a family feel like we could trust them to support our mum in her own home.
I care I have received, particularly in the mornings has been excellent. At the tea-time visits, the time was arranged for 5.30 but has been anywhere between 4.45 to 5.45 (owing I suppose to rush hour traffic) which has sometimes resulted in having to eat rather quickly for someone 94 years old. Overall the service has been very friendly and good.
