Mum is really happy with the carers. She is enjoying there company and looks forward to them coming. We have noticed a big change in mum she is a lot calmer.

My mother has been using Complete Care for a few months and my mother and myself have nothing but praise for the company and staff. When my mother became housebound it was tough to accept for someone who was used to going out all the time. Complete Care staff have helped so much and my mother looks forward every day to their visits.

We absolutely love complete care, staff are so kind and warm hearted and do the upmost best in every situation. The way my mum is cared for is amazing just what anyone would want for their family member or friend , we would recommend to anyone.

We are very happy with the service received from Complete Care West Yorkshire. My only reason for putting 4 stars not 5 is last year there was a recurrent issue which took longer than expected to resolve on the ground, even though management were responsive to, apologetic and appreciative of my feedback each time I informed them of the matter. That aside and resolved for several months now, the vast majority of and most recent service has been 5-star, and we'd have no hesitation in recommending Complete Care West Yorkshire to others.

My mother only has the carers 5 days (mornings) a week so I don't have any contact with them. The reason being, it gives me peace of mind that she is ok until I get there. She seems happy enough with her care and it's nice for her to see a different face each morning.

Complete Care has a very good group of carers. They carry out their duties efficiently with kindness and good humour.

I have 100% trust in the care my aunt is provided with. I'm sure the care teams could not be more understanding if it were their own family member. I have full faith in them, I wouldn't hesitate to go away for a few days break, Knowing that my aunt is in safe hands and all her needs would be met and they would contact me if there was a problem.

All the Complete Care West Yorkshire staff have been fantastic since they have been caring for my father who has dementia. Despite the fact that he is rather resistant to having them around, they always treat him with kindness and respect and the family has great peace of mind knowing they are checking in on him when we are unavailable. The online portal is also very helpful - it's reassuring to be able to see the notes the carers make so we know if anything further is needed. The office staff have also been brilliant - helping us navigate this difficult situation - and recommending appropriate changes to the care package.

I really value the support from the Complete Care team in helping me to care for my husband. The carers are very competent and I appreciate how well they look after my husband with respect, kindness and patience. They ask how he is, chat with us together and individually, which is good for us both. Once he is safe and comfortable, if time allows, the carers assist me with related tasks which takes some of the pressure off me. Any concerns are raised, noted and followed up by the carers or office who respond quickly. The weekly clean is also of a high standard from an efficient friendly, young lady. I have already recommended Complete Care to a friend.

The care provided was excellent, the carers were all incredibly thorough, thoughtful, friendly and efficient. More importantly they treated the resident with dignity and love, always chatting with her and giving her time, patience and care of the highest quality, right up until the last.

Everyone at Complete Care is caring and friendly and my mum looks forward to their visits twice a day. They go above and beyond to help her and they all have a sense of humour and I can call them at any time if I need to.

My mum had her 100th birthday on the 7th November 2024 and she has always been independent and thanks to the care she receives from Complete Care, she is able to carry on living in her own home and is very happy with all her carers.

My mum is very happy with Complete Care after a bad experience with a previous company. The carers are amazing and managed to build up her trust again. I know she is safe and well looked after and that they are enabling her to live independently the way she wants to.

Could not wish for better staff and service. Nothing seems to be a problem always happy to help where possible. Would be happy to recommend to anyone.

I started having 3 hours per week of companionship care which I look forward to very much. I always have the same carer and love to go for a walk and we also do jigsaws, crossword puzzles and play dominoes. The 3 hours passes quickly. I recently have needed the other carers to help me with shaving, washing and dressing each morning. The carers are cheerful and friendly and are very efficient at their job. They always arrive promptly and have finished in half an hour. I look forward to their visits as they cheer me up.

We have used Complete Care now for a few years to help look after my elderly mother who is now house bound and has limited mobility. The business is very well run and all the carers will go the extra yard to cater for every clients needs where ever possible. Senior staff keep us informed of everything going off and we can access the carers notes via an app you can download to your mobile which is very handy. All carers smartly dressed and arrive punctually would highly recommend to anyone looking for care for loved ones.

Having finally persuaded mum (88) to have some home help and care after many months of illness - in and out of hospital almost every month, my lovely but stubborn and fiercely independent mum accepted she needed help. Having made a number of enquiries, I contacted Complete Care West Yorkshire and from first contact, I have nothing but praise for all the carers and supervisors, who I can honestly say go over and above to ensure mum is well looked after and help meet her daily needs. This has also contributed to her health improving.

The care I receive from complete care, all staff and carers, are very kind and helpful. They are always on time well presented in appearance. I'm grateful for the support they all give me, very understanding with problems that I have and I'm going through. I definitely recommend to anybody who needs care for themselves.

Mum is very comfortable with the carers and they show her kindness and dignity on every visit. They keep her home tidy, clean and keep in touch with us should there be any issues. The app is a fantastic tool for us to use, we can keep track on mums daily life and it gives us peace of mind that she has eaten, showered and her general well being.

I am extremely pleased with the service Complete Care West Yorkshire provide for my mum. All the staff are very caring and understand her needs, they give her the assistance and reassurance she needs, giving her the opportunity to be independent in her own home. The carers are very reliable and they will relay any messages direct to me if they have any problems. The management and office staff are always very helpful on the telephone and can deal with any issues.
