When looking for home care for my husband, I looked at several agencies in the locality and this one was recommended. Having made contact, management moved things very quickly and we had a carer within a week. All carers showed exceptional compassion and dedication in dealing with my husband. After 65 years of marriage, this was extremely important to me and the family. My husband thought the world of all his carers who attended.

The staff from Daily Care Agency go above and beyond - we love them! Our dad had previously been cared for by other home carers, and we were always worried about the care he was receiving. We never worry about his new team. The staff have gotten to know our dad and made him feel really comfortable with them. He’s so happy now, and we couldn’t ask for more!

We always found The Daily Care Agency very helpful and considerate, many times going above and beyond what was asked of them, all of the staff had a very caring nature and found time to take an interest in all that was going on.

Daily Care are a very professional agency with a super team of cares that look after my wife with four visits a day. She looks forward to them coming as they are always cheerful and make my wife laugh and lift her spirits, but always professional. All the team do it because they care and I would always recommend them to anybody else.

Very many thanks to all two ladies that have looked after my wife perfectly over the past months. Above and beyond their caring was the attention to my coping with what became an intolerable situation. Their advice and concern for my well-being was invaluable, I would unreservedly recommend The Daily Care Agency organisation.

The standard of care from the carers is amazing thank you, they are genuinely lovely people who are looking after my husband so well I cannot fault them they are prompt kind and very reliable, I would not hesitate to recommend your agency if asked for advice on who to turn to for care. I usually ignore making comments about service providers, but Daily Care Agency deserves some time to show my appreciation for the staff, and owner. They never seem to be clock watching and just carry on as usual doing what needs to be done, and always cheerful. They are also asking how I am, with my problems. A good bunch, and local.

If you are looking for excellent daycare look no further than Daily Care Agency, the agency is run by the manager and she has a fantastic team of girls, they are very professional but they still have time to listen to what you are concerned about. They are caring for my 92-year-old brother and his 92-year-old wife, they tend to my sister-in-law four times a day and my brother has them twice a day. They are always very cheerful and they really lift your spirits, my sister-in-law loves to sing and bless them they join in with her if they know the songs. I am staying with them for extra support and they always ask me if I’m ok, is there anything they can help me with, I’m 76 years old and not in the best of health and it’s so reassuring to know they have your back. A small company but they have the biggest heart. They do generally care.

Daily Care are a first rate, professional and caring team, and I would strongly recommend them. Daily Care provided home-based care for my Dad, who was incapacitated after a stroke, and my Mum, who was poorly with heart disease, for two and a half years until my Mum passed away and my Dad moved into residential care in October 2015. Throughout this period the Daily Care team came to the house four times a day, or sometimes more, and provided a wide range of services to my Dad, including moving him four times daily between bed and day chair and taking care of all his personal needs, and to my Mum, including help with morning tasks (getting up, showering and dressing) and food preparation. Throughout this period we had a small team of carers who became extremely close to my parents, providing a highly professional service with a real personal warm touch. My Dad in particular was delighted to see the care team arrive, and they were always ready with some good conversation (and often laughter) to cheer him along. The carers were very quick in their work, and managed the arrangements brilliantly. The manager was a real help to us in finding out and arranging a lot of important details, such as how to secure regular deliveries of sanitary products, and how to manage prescriptions and drug deliveries. During this time, despite being entirely incapable of moving himself, and confined to his bed and his chair, my Dad never suffered from any bed sores or similar discomforts, and minor issues (sore skin or itchiness) were immediately addressed and rectified. We were also amazed and delighted that he never experienced any chest infections or similar, despite having COPD and being in a vulnerable situation. I believe this is in part a compliment to the Daily Care team and their very high attention to details and professional approach. I strongly recommend the team to anyone looking for a warm, caring, professional and highly competent care service.
