How very lucky we were to find Dolphin Care. Our communication started during lock down. My parents at the time were being supported by family on the Island. Unfortunately my family both had COVID and could not look after my Parents. I was desperate being 8 hours drive away. I rang dozens of care companies who were not able to assist. Then I rang Dolphin the Manager was amazing. Although short of staff herself she volunteered to knock the door to see if any help was required. She was so kind. It was not till a couple of years later that I needed to ask Dolphin for daily regular care. They have been amazing. They ensure that the client and the family are kept very up to date. They do all they can to support any extra requirements with care hours. They listen are kind and caring, and they always bring a smile.

If anyone is looking for a home care provider this is the company you should approach first. Dolphin Care is a small team of carers working to the highest standards to support not only the person needing care but the extended family too. By being a small team you are guaranteed that the same people visit week on week supporting your loved ones so that a good relationship is built up between client and caregiver. They are happy to support and act as an advocate for other services ensuring that the correct equipment lifting aids and anything else is obtained. I cannot fault the team or the service they provide.

The staff at Dolphin provide home care for my wife, who has Alzheimer's. They cope very well with her condition. She is comfortable with them and well looked after. They are reliable and considerate of her needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

Dolphin is a small local company who are very person-centered. This allows carers to build a rapport with the client and spend time getting to know them. They listen and take on board any queries or concerns, address them promptly and make allowances for the client's specific needs. They communicate well and are flexible. My mother has dementia so we needed carers who were experienced and understanding of her condition. Dolphin provides this and attends to her personal care such as washing and dressing. I am anxious that mum is safe and well looked after because she is vulnerable and in an isolated position, but also because I'm an only child and live a long way away. I am reassured by the excellent service Dolphin provide, I trust them and have no hesitation recommending them highly to others. The manager in particular is brilliant and mum loves her.

I would highly recommend Dolphin Care they are reliable, caring and very efficient. Also, they are honest. My husband has Parkinson's and sometimes his feet do not move properly. They always know how to deal with this. As soon as a new carer comes they are told how to handle this. We have been with them 4 years and have no complaints. If we have any problems I just ring and they are dealt with straight away. I could not manage without their help
