We have used Care 77 for almost 4 years now (started in March 2017) looking after my wife's needs. Although most apprehensive of having strangers coming and going into our house - a very strange experience at first, but due to the relaxed efficient way Care 77 works, our fear were dismissed in no time. Although different girls came and went over time, we have settled down to a family-like existence. As one carer wrote on a Christmas card to us - “Coming here is not working but like visiting family relations.” Which does sum up our feelings. Keep up the excellent work. Love and best wishes.

I can’t even begin to explain how this company has changed not only my stepfathers' life but my own also. This time last year I was on the verge of a breakdown, my stepfather came out of hospital in May 19, they wanted to put him in a home but I knew he wasn’t there yet. Social services sent us home with a care package, I didn’t get on with the carers so got rid of them. Meant I had to do it alone for over six months until social services put us forward to this company, changed my life immediately. Staff members stand out as more than a carer, acts as a friend to me and more like Family to him. We only have three Carers so he has got used to them and loves them, he doesn’t even realise they are Carers. Staff have gone above and beyond for us, I use to panic if he’s tracker was low but she would pop in even while not working and charge it for me. She’s even stayed with me and did hard DIY when she shouldn’t be working, she wasn’t getting paid to do that but I was so grateful anyway.
