View Full Details of MiHomecare (Queensbury)I have been very satisfied with all the agents I have had helping me. I have been at Mihomescare since December 2015 and had a variety of carer for different lengths of time.
The carers that visit my mum are very good and they make her feel happy when they come. I don't know what I would do without them and I am able to keep my night job and rest during the day because they warm up her meals and they are very patient with her.
Constant change of carers and never on time.
OK
Carers are all very clean, dressed in the uniform, also very polite and considerate. It is very nice to be treated as a human being not just a body. I enjoy having a shower and my hair washed, in fact they carry out their duties very well. I just wish I could move my body more to make their job easier. As my carers find lunchtime and bedtime is a rush could I amend my times to: 7.00 - 8.30 Morning 12.45 - 13.30 Lunch 19.30 - 20.15 Bed Time doing away with my tea time.
Every carer is different. I feel that everyone should call out when they come in, some don't feel it's necessary. Most are very good and know what they have to do, a few just do what they can get away with, but the greater majority are excellent and cheerful and chat with me which is important when you live on your own.
