View Full Details of Eternal Care UK LtdOften arrive late and then have to go early, so don't spend the hour that they get paid for. Not always willing to do housework and try to get out of doing it. Don't always clean and dry the shower after use.
I have very good carers. My main carer I have been with going on six years in September. She goes above and beyond for me and she knows when I don't feel well before I've even told her! She is a great carer and deserves a pay rise for what she does for me! Another carer I have also been with for nearly six years. She makes sure, alongside my main carer, that I am clean, tidy, in my wheelchair correctly and that I am comfortable. I enjoy a good chat and laugh at what her little one has gotten up too. Another has been with me for about three years and she helps me also. Another has been my 'put to bed' and weekend carer for around three years. She helps me to get into bed, hoisting out of my chair. We enjoy a good chat with the other carers while they work. I would be lost without them. I have had new carers come in the past that have been gagging at my poo smell, which made me feel uncomfortable and not want (or like the idea) of new people coming.
Every bit as bad as the CQC rating of inadequate. Far too many unreliable carers and a management team that does not know what it's doing.
