The service received was second to none. All the staff were very professional at the same time they were very friendly and a pleasure to have in our home. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I would recommend this company to anyone.

My experience with Evelyn Grace has been primarily over a 3 year period when this delightful, caring team supported me increasingly over slow decline of my husband to the point of his passing. More recently they have supported me through recovery from a hip replacement. If ever a team has a sense of service this team has. They join the client wherever they are and show compassion and humour and brighten and ease difficult times. Thank you dear Team so very much.

All the carers were very good and generally went the extra mile. The service was well organised and communication was good. It was a pleasure to have the carers in our home.

Evelyn Grace was a real blessing in what had become a minefield of health and care support which was not always well coordinated and centered on what my mother's wishes and needs were. They came at just the right time for us, when things had become difficult and it was proving a challenge to meet my mother's overriding wish which was to die in her own home. From start to finish, they listened, tailored their care exactly to what my mother's needs, were and included the family in all that they did. Responsibility for positive outcomes for my mother sat squarely on their shoulders which hasn't always been our experience of others lately, and they demonstrated real teamwork in delivering their care. What a great bunch of people and we are certainly glad they were in our corner. Thank you to all.

I knew of Evelyn Grace Ltd as they cared for a neighbour of mine some time ago. I cannot speak highly enough of the care and attention I received from all of the individual carers who visited me. They saw me through a very difficult time and I would absolutely recommend them.

Evelyn Grace started supporting my mother-in-law when it became obvious that she could no longer manage her own medication. Slowly but surely over the years, she needed more support as both her memory and her mobility worsened. As her needs changed, so did the level of care that she required and the team at Evelyn Grace was with her every step of the way. As her social circle diminished they became important as friends, as well as carers. They offered reassurance when needed and always made time for a joke and a chat. They were there for her throughout lockdown providing continuity and care when it was difficult for her family to visit. The managers and carers at Evelyn Grace were not only friends to my mother-in-law but also the whole family. We were in regular contact regarding her changing needs and how best to meet them. Their experience was invaluable and their advice was welcome. I would wholeheartedly recommend Evelyn Grace Ltd.

I don't know where to start! I only have 1000 words to sum up Evelyn Grace, this is nowhere near enough! Evelyn Grace has been caring for mum for 5 years, initially twice a day for support. During mum's last few weeks, it was increased to 4 times a day and in her last few days, carers were with her almost constantly. Mum was very strong-minded but she loved all of her carers dearly; they took time to have a chat and to know exactly how mum liked things done. We would never have managed with mum's last few days without the support of the Manager and the team. They fought on our behalf to get District Nurses to come to dress wounds and to get the critical care team involved. I will never forget how the carers, on her last day, washed and dressed mum with dignity, applying essential oils so that she smelt so wonderful. It was also lovely to meet the carers that we had only heard about in mum's last few days so we could say thank you. Thank you from my heart, you are amazing!

I cannot sum up into words, how great the Manager and her team are. They befriended Mum, made her feel supported, listened to, loved and "never a bother" in her words. Mum had care initially three times a day, moving on to four times in her last few months. The girls were always accommodating, however cantankerous Mum could be! Mum in her last few years didn't leave her flat, so looked forward to hearing the girl's stories about their families and news on the outside world. Mum relied on the girls for her every need, washing her, heating her meals, making her burn toast with lots of butter(Mum's request!) Nothing was ever too much for them. Mum only had kind words for you all. Thank you to the whole team for the support they gave us in Mum's last few days - they smiled, gave us hugs and reassured us. The girls are angels in disguise and will always hold a constant spot in our hearts! Fond memories and a ton of thanks to you all. I promise cake often.

Evelyn Grace Ltd cared for my mum for several years. The care provided was excellent. The carers were always kind and considerate to Mum and managed her care needs very well. If extra care was required at short notice they always managed to meet that need. I would have no hesitation in recommending Evelyn Grace Ltd to anybody requiring care.

The amazing carers at Evelyn Grace supported, not only my mum, but also myself as Mum's dementia progressed rapidly and I had to find a care provider to help me. They gave Mum love, care, respect, compassion, dignity and understanding, even on challenging visits. They are absolute professionals and are the only company I would recommend. I can't thank them enough for caring for my mum and also supporting me when I struggled to cope. This company is amazing and they are all angels, everyone of them.

In ten months, I have made a group of friends who understand me and contribute hugely to my welfare. All my basic personal needs get their attention, and much more than that, genuine concern for my well being is the norm, and, without exception, I am always stimulated by the daily visit. My life has, in fact, been transformed and domestic survival facilitated by the love and energy every carer brings. At a personal level, I am a different person as a direct consequence of the manner and style of each carer. The help with routine chores - for example bed changing, washing up, home laundry, meal planning and on line shopping is priceless.

What a fabulous team! Professional, flexible and reliable. They listen and work closely with us get the right sort of care in place. They genuinely care for their clients and my mum feels supported and valued, as she likes the continuity of carers and timings. I appreciate that the company have been easy to contact and responsive to questions, updates and urgent changes. I would highly recommend.

Evelyn Grace has, from the outset, taken a responsible attitude towards my wife. The attendance from the beginning of the care towards my wife has been excellent. All over Covid, bad weather, covering all calls they did not miss. This combined with a friendly attitude and willingness to please is very noticeable.

An exceptional care company in every way. Lovely carers, caring, reliable, reassuring and ever-helpful. Amazing owner/carer - goes well beyond remit in service. Has been instrumental in acquiring extra equipment to help for my needs - very knowledgeable - have liaised with doctors surgery. I really wish I have known of Evelyn Grace when my late husband had care - such a different experience.

I have recently used the services of Evelyn Grace Ltd following my recent surgery. The carers were caring, very helpful and supportive and always made sure everything was alright before they left. I can highly recommend this company.
