View Full Details of Radis Community Care (Shrewsbury)All staff are excellent and caring and make recommendations.
My sister's care is mostly ok but is sometimes not always right for her needs. I have asked and sought changes to help her care be better for her. But no changes have happened so far.
Very good, helpful, friendly.
All the carers are absolutely thorough, kind and helpful in every way. They couldn't do more for me. I am so pleased to have met them.
This is the best company that I have come across in all my working life.
Although I am writing this review, I have asked my wife for her comments. She is quite happy with the care she receives, although, has said that she would like to be listened to more. From my perspective, I would like more attention given to encouraging my wife to do some craft work or small household chores. Also, I would like my wife to be taken out more, but realise her mobility is a problem. Hopefully, this would be possible with COVID restrictions being lifted.
My husband's care is very much appreciated. He is very reliant on his carers and has become very attached to them. Sometimes he can be a challenge to them, but the carers have their way of handling him. Depending on what mood he is in when he awakes, there are plenty of laughs and sometimes moans. All in all, everything is fine!
All the carers are so lovely and helpful. The office staff and management are great. Having them come in, increases my quality of life so much, and enables me to be more independent.
It is very good; we do what I need to do.
Have found Radis Community Care staff to be polite, helpful and understanding. They help me with lots of things such as shopping, going out and about, cleaning and cooking, encouraging me to interact and support me when needed.
They help me to cook. After they come, they take me shopping. They take me places.
Every carer has been excellent, friendly; every need has been met.
