East Midlands Homecare cared for my bedbound, non-verbal mum from January 2017 until she passed in February 2023. In late 2022, they began caring for my dad, who needed increasing support until he passed a few days ago. Over eight years, they became part of our family. Many carers remained throughout, earning my dad's full trust. He was proud and didn't want care, but they introduced it gently, ensuring he retained his dignity. When asked if he was okay, he'd always say, "I am now you're here." In his final days, they kept me informed and ensured he had the support he needed. One carer stayed awake overnight, checking on him as he peacefully passed. Because of them, I was there within half an hour, holding his hand, which was still warm-a special moment. Being assigned East Midlands Homecare in 2017 was a lottery win. I'd be happy to share my experience with anyone considering their care, and have provided my contact details to the team.

When Mum needed care, I didn't know where to turn, then a friend recommended East Midlands Homecare, they looked after her Mum. These ladies and gents are wonderful caring people they do everything for Mum from Personal care to Feeding and they always have a chat and a laugh with her both Mum and I are very happy with the care she receives. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

East Midlands Homecare are extremely professional in every aspect of the care that they give to our mum. They are caring and very understanding when it comes to our mum's needs and nothing is too much trouble for them. If we need to discuss our mums needs there is always someone on hand to discuss them with.

An excellent service with caring and professional staff and assistance. I would be happy to recommend them to my friends and family and - if the need arises - would hope they will care for me in the future should the need arise.

Excellent, caring service, nothing too much trouble. Adjust the care to my husband's needs and help him to do as much as he can for himself. The carers are also wonderful to me as his wife. I like the approach of a rota which is stuck to.

I have always found the carers from East Midlands Homecare Ltd to be very pleasant, courteous and professional in their work. They treat my husband with care and respect. Nothing is too much trouble. An excellent company with a fantastic team of workers. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Very good staff. Regular on times of arrival, give help as and when required if time allows on small household tasks i.e. washing up, taking washing from the machine.
