View Full Details of Hallifax Care LtdHallifax Care looked after my stepmother since she had a stroke in 2008. I have found their staff to be very caring and compassionate and happy. My stepmother looked forward to seeing them each day as they would have a laugh and a joke with her. The office staff were always helpful and happy to help in any way they could. I would certainly recommend Hallifax Care.
I was recommended Hallifax Care via the Community Nurse when my Mum was poorly and required home care. What can I say? They were amazing from day one to Mum's eventual passing away at home, as was her wish. They were supportive, not only to Mum, but Dad and me also. Sadly, after Mum's passing, Dad also required care. Again, what can I say? They were superb throughout his care too. Each individual carer was excellent and supportive and were like an extension to our family. Every step of the way for both Mum and Dad, could not be faulted. What made it really special was that both Mum and Dad continued with the same basic carer throughout, whom they loved and trusted. Not only this, if their usual carer was on leave, they had another carer whom they also trusted and loved. Each and every one of Hallifax's carers was worth their weight in gold and I will never, ever be able to thank them enough for their integrity and care throughout the last months of both parents' life.
