Hartwig are best care service. All the carer workers who come here are excellent. 99% of them are pleasant and do good service to my wife. They put their heart to help my wife. We look forward to seeing them everyday.

After 4 years, 24/7, of being a solo carer for my aunt, I can now say that finally we found Hartwig. The manager came to our home providing lots of information. A schedule was quickly drafted and then the carer arrived. Professionalism at its best. The carer is lovely, kind, caring, reliable and fun. My aunt is so happy to see her whenever she comes. Now I have peace of mind that my aunt will be in good hands. Being able to go out for errands knowing that my aunt will be well cared for and safe in her own home by a professional carer of Hartwig is a huge relief.

I am very happy with the service I receive. My carer deserves an award! However there are sometimes problems when my carer is not working and finding an appropriate carer is often impossible.

Both my parents are elderly and require different kinds of carers. I went to Hartwig because I was overwhelmed with caring for both of them and I have been delighted by the level of professionalism and kindness of the carers for both parents. They are using the private arm of Hartwig, which means we pay for care. Given the high quality of this service - from the lovely, friendly and capable carers to the fast and flexible support given to us by management, I think it is absolutely worth the money. I have been recommending Hartwig to all my friends and colleagues who are looking for high-quality care for their loved ones. It is so reassuring to come into contact with a company like this one. Highly recommended.

The care is first class. Each carer brings her own personality to the job and strives to please my mother. The carers show compassionate sympathy for my mother as a dementia patient, while also bringing humour and understanding to all situations. My mother is the recipient of the beneficial effects of touch and pampering. The carers also deal with unpleasant aspects such as defecation and ablutions with equanimity and patience. Lovely people.

I would describe my experience with the care of Hartwig, it impacts my life immensely and helps support my life and takes off any stress from my everyday living. Because Hartwig carers are able to support me with my everyday needs washing, bathing, helping with shopping, helping with getting me up out of bed sometimes, putting on shoes, helping prepare meals, paying my bills for me, generally making sure I live a better life physically and mentally. Without the help I wouldn't be able to cope, so I am forever grateful to the carers and staff.

I am very pleased and very grateful for the help I have from Hartwig. My main carer is always there for me, she always goes above what needs to be done. She is very observant and knows when I am having a bad day. Office also very good if there is a carer that I do not engage with, the office makes changes straight away. Having the support from Hartwig makes my life easier and I can keep my independence.

It has been a wonderful idea to get my mum into Moorlands Court. The care is excellent and all my family and I are very happy. I will always recommend this setting to friends and other family. My mum is blessed to be here with such wonderful service. I thank you all very much. God bless to all.

My friend, who was suffering from Alzheimer's Disease from which she died in September this year, received care at home for eight and a half years from Hartwig. Over that time there were many individuals who looked after her, but all those I met on my regular visits were highly responsible and genuinely caring, nor did I have any reason to complain about those I did not meet. She had one main carer, however, for almost all of the period of her illness, which was important for her well-being, particularly as this carer was outstanding in her patience, understanding, and competence. The manager concerned throughout was always available and able to provide the necessary staff, sometimes at short notice, and to find creative solutions to difficult situations. The care continued as normal through the Covid lockdown, with very adequate protection for all concerned. I am grateful to Hartwig and would be pleased to recommend them.

Hartwig Care has cared for my wife since 2014 after a series of major strokes left her immobile, with significant cognitive impairment, other serious and complex medical issues, and potentially a very limited life expectancy requiring 24-hour and additional carer support every day. Hartwig's care of my wife has been outstanding. I am in no doubt that the consistency and calibre of those carers have given my wife a quality of life that she would not otherwise have. The same exceptional 24-hour live-in carer for over 7 years. The same support carers for over 4 years. The same assigned manager throughout the 9 years, taking a close interest and involvement in my wife's care. All quite remarkable.
