I receive a weekly timesheet showing carers and times. this gets changed occasionally due to sickness sickness and holidays. All the carers are very efficient polite and friendly. In all the years I have been with Home Instead, I have never been left without care.

Mum has been cared for by Home Instead since 2019. The level of care she has received has been excellent, her carers are friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. Mum recently had a stay in hospital, some of her regular carers were able to visit and help with feeding and companionship while she was there, she was always very pleased to see them. The office staff always try to accommodate my needs, very friendly and helpful. Thank you, Home Instead.

The standard of care and especially the feedback on any potential issues is excellent and I am made aware of things that I would otherwise not know about. I have also found the office staff most professional and helpful.

The service is reliable and most of the carers are absolutely excellent. They are all good. The ones who are excellent (the majority) use their initiative and are well organized and do everything on the list and also have lovely relationships with my mum. She feels they all really like her and that they are pleased to see her. All of them enhanced my mum's life. I would definitely recommend Home Instead over any other agency we have used. we have used another local agency which was actually a bit more expensive and provided us with less well-trained staff.

We are really pleased with the service provided. Carers are very good, professional, caring and experienced. Parents are treated with respect and dignity. Made life a whole lot easier with the excellent quality of care provided.

My mum has been treated only with the utmost care and kindness, the whole time that Home Instead have been looking after her. I live an hour and a half away, so am unable to just 'pop in' on a daily basis, but I know that if anything is wrong I will be contacted as soon as the agency becomes aware of it. Which all helps to reduce any worry I have regarding my mum.

The service and care provided to my husband by all members of Home Instead and his regular carer in particular, is as always, exemplary. Whenever I have needed extra help it has been provided immediately in an efficient and caring manner. I will, and have, recommended this service to friends. Having had experience with other companies, I feel totally secure in so doing.

Home Instead look after my aunt who is 94 years old and no longer able to get out of bed. The care professionals have been very patient with my aunt and look after all her needs. Home Instead was recommended by relatives of my aunt's neighbour and I am very pleased that we followed up.

The ladies and gentlemen from the agency have gone out of their way to help our mother and father through a period of severe illness which sadly resulted in our dear mother's death. During this sad time, the lady carers have always been there to help our family through. They continue to visit and help our father and are so kind. They have supported us all with the many practical things that need to be done at this difficult time. Life would be a lot harder without this agency for us all. The office staff and carers are all such dedicated and supportive people.

Home Instead was a faultless service from start to finish. We were looking for short-term care for a disabled visitor and everything was done to accommodate this and reassure us that it would be possible. The evaluation by the care manager was thorough including a home visit where we were given advice and insight. The carer was brilliant, giving us not only physical but also moral support and we were truly grateful. I cannot recommend the service highly enough.

It's very hard choosing a care company for your loved one. We had Home Instead for my dad and uncle mainly for companionship. We cannot fault the care and compassion received. The same carer visited every visit unless they were on holiday when the same carer covered for him. The carer was amazing and took my dad wherever he wanted to go. They were well suited in interests and hit it off straight away! Which was so lovely to see. Reviews were made on time and the office staff were so lovely and accommodating. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. Your loved one will be in safe hands. Thank you to all involved especially to my dad's amazing carers.

Mum had been receiving care for around 2 years before going into a care home recently. We would like to thank all the carers who helped Mum while still in her home. Each one was kind and considerate. The manager and his team at Home Instead have provided my father and family with the most outstanding service. From the moment I called one of the staff members asking for assistance our journey was made painless. Every step was well explained and the manager and the team took time to listen and make us feel cared for and looked after. My dad's needs and dignity have been put at the forefront of every interaction. The carers that have come around have all been understanding and have made this whole process as easy as possible for my father, myself and my mother. I cannot thank you enough for making a very new and difficult experience for my family as comfortable as you have. The manager and the staff we have met have all been superb. Once again thank you.

I have been with Home Instead (East Herts and Uttlesford) for just over a year and a half. Prior to that, I was with a number of agencies over a 9-year period. Based on my experiences I cannot imagine ever changing again. Home Instead is by far the best. The office staff are very kind and attentive, nothing is too much trouble. They are so good at matching carers to clients and always keep me updated of any changes in good time. The carers are just wonderful. Always warm and friendly and so caring. I am immunocompromised and never have to worry, all the carers are happy to wear PPE in my home. My life has improved immeasurably since I started receiving care from Home Instead. I cannot recommend Home Instead enough, their level of care and professionalism is far above anything else I have experienced.

Very happy with the support we received. Friendly, responsive and adapted to our changing needs and circumstances by increasing support when needed. All of the staff were friendly and approachable including those at head office and the visiting support workers. I was nervous of having home support and how this might intrude in our home life, but I needn’t have worried, things worked out well. I would recommend Home Instead to anyone in need of support.

Carer is attentive considerate and friendly. He is willing to help in any way he can. Always punctual even in the worst weather. I would recommend my personal carer to anyone who needs a little extra help.

I am very happy with the standard of care my mother receives in her home. The majority of the carers are considerate and professional and my mother has had very few issues. Home Instead always alert me if there are any problems, no matter how small and I have full confidence that the level of care will remain at a high standard.

The staff are great and my mum is very happy with the level of service she gets. She has no issues with the care and support she is receiving from the Home Instead staff. As far as I am aware they are on time, professional and provide the level of assistance mum requires. This has been consistently the case through the time mum has used Home Instead (East Herts and Uttlesford), so getting on for a year now.

I am very happy with Home Instead (East Herts and Uttlesford). Now Covid is diminishing we are back to normal. As I have respiratory problems, carers are still wearing masks, for which I am grateful. I have needed less care but from the same three carers so things are more relaxed..

My 96-year-old Mum is bed bound and is visited four times a day by Home Instead caregivers. It is a service that we are incredibly grateful for as a family. She is looked after with efficiency and professionalism and perhaps most importantly with kindness. I have found the experience humbling, nothing is too much trouble, the caregivers really do care and it has allowed me to be a daughter again. From the people who staff the office to the ladies who take care of Mum I have been delighted with their attention to Mum's needs, I could not recommend them more highly. Absolutely brilliant company!

The ladies and gentlemen from the agency have gone out of their way to help our mother and father through a period of severe illness which sadly resulted in our dear mother's death. The staff are great and my mum is very happy with the level of service she gets. She has no issues with the care and support she is receiving from the Home Instead staff. As far as I am aware they are on time, professional and provide the level of assistance mum requires.
