The 'handpicked' team from Kepplegate Home Care are fabulous. The whole
team are hardworking, caring and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble
for them. I would recommend them to any family looking for support for
their loved ones.

My Mother received care at home from Kepplegate for over two years. The
care was adapted for her needs and preferences. All the Carers became
like friends to Mum. They were efficient and dealt with the agreed
duties and weather and safety permitting they went outside for a walk
and chat along with Mum's little dog. They were supportive and initially
with twice-daily visits Mum's health and mobility improved, she was less
tired and consequently, she rarely fell. Latterly, as Mum weakened, the
visit was increased to include lunchtime to make sure she went to the
toilet and ate in the middle of the day. The Carers cared - they stayed
during their lunch break when we needed to call an ambulance and were
there when finally she went into the hospital. There were regular
management reviews but usually, any extra needs had already been
implemented and all staff were aware of any changes including
medication. The administrative staff were always pleasant and efficient.
