View Full Details of Kind Hands Caring Services LtdMy mum has been using this service for a few months now and is very pleased with the level of service. The staff are very helpful and professional, including the management team. Always a very quick response to any questions, and solutions provided. The carers arrive promptly and work efficiently, overall a great service.
Following hospitalisation and a further deterioration in his physical health, my Dad was no longer able to live completely independently. Eventually, Dad tentatively agreed that we could explore the support locally which led to his involvement with Kind Hands. Our first meeting with them was to establish what support was required and a thorough Care Plan was written and agreed. Dad felt comfortable at this meeting and this was a huge step to him accepting external support! Dad is very happy with the care that is offered whilst remaining as independent as possible. I have met some of the careers and I can see how they they interact with Dad which is lovely to see and reassuring for me. From my perspective, the involvement of this particular company has been invaluable. I have felt involved in the care of my Dad and I know that they will try and arrange any specific requests. I know that Dad is in safe and Kind Hands. Thank you all so much!
I would highly recommend Kind Hands. We were in need of getting carers, and after an initial conversation with the office staff for Kind Hands, I was really impressed with the level of care they would offer. More to the point, once the care package was in place, it surpassed my expectations. The people they care for, in my experience, are happy and well looked after. There has been great communication between the care company and myself about the people they are looking after. They have gone over and above to ensure the correct level of care. Thanks.
On the 12th of May 2022, I had a bad fall whilst walking to the shop, and I broke my right shoulder. On the 18th of May, I became a client of Kind Hands Caring Services as I was unable to carry out basic tasks. It was necessary for me to attend several appointments at the hospital for X-rays, consultation and physio sessions, and I was most grateful to have escorts on every occasion. My shoulder had now healed, but I shall continue to have carers to assist me with shopping and housework, and they have always been kind, understanding and caring throughout.
I live in Hampshire and I needed someone who could help and support my mum, in her everyday living. Kind Hands Caring were chosen as they are a family run company, which proved to be the right choice for us. The manager and her team always kept me informed if they were concerned about Mum and the same for me, communication was paramount - at the end of the day, Mum also like them, which was reassuring. I would not hesitate in recommending them.
The care, respect and dignity that this company provided my aunt during thier daily visits was greatly appreciated by our family. We were able to relax with confidence knowing that thier experienced staff were in attendance, and we know that she was extremely happy with the care they provided, Auntie really looked forward to their visits and said she was treated like a member of a large happy family. The carers and the service offered went beyond the quality we expected and we are grateful that we used this company to take care of our aunt's needs. We will, of course, recommend Kind Hands to any of our friends and acquaintances that may find themselves in a similar situation and know that they will be very well cared for.
Our aunt had the services of Kind Hands for many years, they were always reliable, caring and efficient. We would recommend their services to anyone who is in need, they never let our aunt down in any situation.
My sister and I live abroad so arranging care for a relative with dementia could have been extremely difficult but the manager and her team went out of their way to make sure that our uncle was safe and cared for. We can not thank them enough and would have no hesitation in recommending their services.
My Mother lives 160 miles away from me. During the Covid19 lockdown, neither I nor members of my family were able to visit her. She lives in a retirement house that does not provide care. The only people who were allowed to visit the house were carers and doctors. The residents were not allowed out of their rooms during this time and my mother became increasingly recluse. Eventually, I became so concerned for her welfare that I had to seek some help. Kind Hands caught my attention as they are a small family-run business and I felt assured that they would be able to provide the individual care my mother needs. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Since February '21 they have been caring for my Mum and keep me informed. If there are any changes in her circumstances they tell me and between us, we are able to tweak the support my Mum needs. They are nothing short of Angels.
I am very pleased with the service my aunt receives. Always very helpful when we contact them.
Friendly carers, well-liked by my sister.
I am very grateful to the manager and her team, for the kindness and care they have shown to my mother. She is currently in post-hospital care, but hopefully will be out soon and they can resume their duties. All the carers are kind and attentive, and I'm very happy with the service they provide. We had previously used another firm (who have since moved out of the area), and my mother was not as comfortable with them and felt they were just going through the motions and didn't really care. So we do have a direct comparison, which looks very favourably upon Kind Hands.
Nice helpful girls. Very happy with the service provided.
Excellent care. Very responsive to changing needs. Always able to offer constructive advice and will take the initiative to deal with GP if needed. Couldn't be more pleased with the service.
Since my introduction to 'Kind Hands Caring Services', I have found their service consistently of the highest standard. Carers have always been punctual and the essential tasks performed well, willingly and cheerfully. I look forward to weekly visits as seeing a friend as well as a helper.
I only have basic domestic care and not personal care and therefore my experience is limited to that aspect. This basic care is in my view relatively expensive as no special requirements or expertise is required. Charging is simply on a time basis without the nature of the care being taken into account. However, I do not know what factors affect the charging process. In the absence of any data for comparison purposes, it's difficult to draw conclusions. However, I have recently had to reduce the time taken for the duties performed to reduce my costs.
Kind Hands provide an excellent service and care package for my mother. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
Very happy with all the service we have had.
My husband is immobile since a stroke in October 2018 and is looked after by 4 pairs of carers a day. They are always very cheerful and always care for him with great kindness.
To find the right carer/agency was not easy but Kind Hands Caring Services Ltd became the one for us. It was important to me that not only my husband's care needs were met but the support to me was of help. Our usual carers really understand our needs and provide not just personal care but emotional support - They are our friends, much needed in tougher times.
