My experience with this company is caring, compassion, understanding and a very high level of communication between carers and senior carers, also management. The level of care was outstanding towards my father. They all went above and beyond for my father and me and my daughter.
Left a very nice review for the company due to their efforts of previously helping our family so I do still recommend the service however having a gross misconduct case happen with one of their employees being too informal and other behavioural issues from staff that are more on the call attending side, unfortunately, it has lead to a communication breakdown between client and company. Very grateful for the help received but very grateful to be changing care companies because of these small unprofessional stints. Best wishes to Knightsbridge care! Sad to be reviewing with a more negative update on experience.
Our parents were anxious about getting help from carers but they were very understanding and flexible and worked with us so that now to quote Mum 'I couldn't do without them and they are so lovely'. Dad and Mum have two visits a day which has been very timely, relieved the pressure and without them neither we nor they could cope. The carers are appreciated not only for what they do but because 'they care'. The communication has been excellent - things like medication and circumstances have been changing week by week and the team do everything they can to respond with kindness and flexibility. Not everything can be perfect - there are other pressures and client needs to be prioritized, but there is the assurance of feeling that you have a team on your side who is working with you - you are not a time slot or cost centre - you are partners and co-workers and your parents are people that are valued and cared about.
The best care service you can get. I would give it 10/10 all the way. It has been a year now since I came to Knightsbridge Care. They got me back on track and helped me out with a lot of things and I am now a lot happier here and settled. I would say it is not a company, it is more like one big family and they treat everyone with respect and care. What more can you say about a wonderful family? From the bottom of my heart, thank you for everything you do for me. It is most appreciated - thank you. Excellent communication with managers and office staff. Can actually phone and speak to a member of staff that knows your case every time you call. Brilliant first call out visit by the coordinator. Really empathised with my parents. Created a personal package of care. Trialed for a fortnight to get my parents used to the some support and everything went absolutely perfect. Couldn't fault the staff, the time they took to understand Dad's needs and their timings were exactly as promised. Communication between staff and each other was second to none. Every carer was happy to go the extra mile, even down to making the bed how Mom made it, putting in place endless pillows, cushions and teddies. Cannot fault them in any way. Was recommended to them and can't recommend them enough.
