View Full Details of MNA Home Care Services - PerivaleThe management, staff and carers are friendly and easy to talk to. The carers are very patient in helping my father, who can be a little difficult at times in getting him to take a shower. They are very respectful and know how to deal with him in a calm, responsible and dignified manner. He jokes with them and shares his knowledge of old poetry with them.
The service to the client is great. Very kind, helpful and compassionate to the needs of the client. They are professional and respectful to the client. They are reliable and meet the client's needs at all times.
Carer was excellent to my mum and all her support is greatly appreciated during a difficult time. She was always on time, patient, kind, and attentive. Service has been invaluable from carer and the wider network.
One of my friend's dads uses the MNA Home Care Services, and I have noticed that the care worker is always so friendly whenever he visits. I actually got to meet him during one of those visits, and I really liked his character! I would definitely recommend this agency to others!
This has to be the worst care agency ever. The grief, stress, lies etc caused by the coordinator were awful. They came as and when they felt like it, 8.30, 9.40, 9.45, 10, 9.30, 8.15 etc. If you want your family member to live, please do not use this agency.
It is hugely disappointing to see how my Grandad has been treated since receiving care from MNA. The care workers do not even say 'Hello' when they arrive. They are rude and do not want to engage in any conversation. Tasks are not completed, and the visit notes are wrong. They write the incorrect time that they arrive and list things that are false. I would not recommend this company, especially as this was agreed as part of the palliative care. Surely, the care received towards end of life should be respectful and dignified.
