We are delighted to share our appreciation for the outstanding care provided by Nightingales. From the start, the team was dedicated to delivering the highest standard of care for our late Mother. The carers are not only skilled and professional but also compassionate and attentive. Their kindness and patience made a significant difference in the quality of life for our Mum. Communication with the Nightingales admin team has been seamless. They are always responsive and proactive in addressing any concerns or special requests. Nightingales exceeded our expectations in every way. Their exceptional care, professionalism, and dedication brought us immense peace of mind. We wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone seeking top-notch care for their elderly loved ones.

Excellent care received twice daily from a dedicated team. They are compassionate, customer focused and always remain in regular contact to review the service offering to determine any future requirements or changes to the clients situation.

Nightingales provide home care for us and we are delighted with the thoughtful, attentive care and consideration given to us. Each carer that has visited us has a slightly different approach and priority to the task but the overall result is satisfaction for us. The carer's visit is a good and welcome break from our housebound routine. Thank you.

Very happy with everyone I have dealt with. Professional service from the carers and great care taken with my Mother in making sure maintains her dignity and receives good care. Easy to set up care plans and alter these as her needs change. Office staff are also caring and show an understanding of care needs.

Very happy with everyone I have dealt with so far. Carers who support my Father are kind, treat him with dignity and respect. Easy to set up the care plan plus are open to increasing as his needs change in the future which is a comfort. Thank you.

Our live-in carers provide excellent compassionate care for my father. The relief carer also adds to his day by playing games. My father isn't always the easiest person to care for but our carers understand his needs and character and adapt accordingly.

I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to the entire team at Nightingale HomeCare for the exceptional care they provided to my father during his recovery at home following his hip replacement surgery.

My mum was looked after by Nightingales HomeCare. She was allocated her own carer for the whole time she was with the company. Her carer is a good communicator and does everything to her preferences. My mum is happy that she chose Nightingales for her care.

Nightingales HomeCare provided care for my mother during her illness and the care given was amazing. Mum got along very well with the carers and as a family, we had no concerns with the care and safety for Mum. We would like to say that Nightingales care office has supported us well during these difficult times. I have informed others about Nightingales.

The team were excellent and helped our family to look after our mum at very short notice with no fuss and complete compassion. Unfortunately, Mum has to go into a care home but would recommend Nightingales to anyone.

The carers are respectful and caring. My father enjoys seeing them. His dignity is respected even during the most intimate care. Carers generally arrive on time and spend the full time with him. We appreciate the willingness to be flexible.

I have always found the office staff very helpful and friendly. Getting things done or changed very efficiently. All the carers are lovely too, and very understanding of Mum's mood swings etc due to her dementia.

My wife and I have been very satisfied with the care and support that Nightingales have provided to my mother-in-law over the past year, including regular daily visits, shopping and some overnight care.

Nightingales provided some temporary care for my dad while I was on holiday. The carers were reliable and helpful to him, they were also company for him. I was able to add some extra hours at quite short notice, due to his needs changing. We will definitely use Nightingales again, should the need arise.

Nightingales cared for my nan while she recovered from a fall. They carried out the assessment quickly and organised carers to be put in place very quickly. We had no complaints as carers built a good relationship. If needed again, we will go straight back to Nightingales.

My parents have lived happy, busy, independent lives for 93 years. Nowadays, life can be a bit much and I live 3000 miles away. Knowing that caring people are visiting and helping my parents around their home has been wonderful. I believe my parents enjoy the company and I appreciate the peace of mind.

During three months recovering from back trouble I had very good care from Nightingales, delivered by four carers, three of whom were excellent, the fourth less so, largely through youth and inexperience, and she was rapidly dropped from my rota. All had good English, and they did their best to run things as I wanted them and to keep me cheerful. I found the office easy to contact and immediately helpful with queries or problems.

Very happy with them, they look after my mum very well. Mum is very happy with them too. She has dementia and she calls the carers 'her girls'. l live about 2 hours away and l am at ease knowing she is looked after, as l am disabled myself and can't always get up to see her. I would recommend to anyone.
