Many thanks to the carer team. And with respect to the district nurse who has provided a handful and tidy products to cover all the needs of the washing. On behalf of my parents, I would like to thank you for all of your care and helpful advice. I would like to hear from you again.

Organisation of care was efficient, although as this was only a trial care period we would have appreciated understanding more about the frequency/duration of care available. Assessor was on the ball. Carers were kind and helpful. We decided not to go forward with you only because of high prices.

Very satisfied with the staff sent for care. Management needs an overhaul and there is a lack of communication - since using this service has not improved sadly.

Nurseplus Care at home was recommended by Invovle. The carer sent to us for a two-occasion 'taster' which was superb - compassionate, practical and communicative. Where I was a little disappointed was that it wasn't explained by the assessor or other managers that we could have has more than four hours' support as part of our 'taster'. Also, arrangements were left pretty late, anyway. Crucially, though, both care and carer were excellent. Wish we could afford your tariff.
