The overall care we are receiving from NursePlus is very good indeed. All the carers we met are very friendly, polite and extremely efficient at their job. They treat mum with a lot of respect and are very caring towards her.

For the past three years, Nurse Plus has provided care for my mum at home, and I cannot praise them highly enough. Their service has been consistently excellent, and their staff have been nothing short of wonderful. Each carer who came into our home brightened my mum's day with their cheerful and respectful demeanor. Not only were they highly professional and knowledgeable, but they also truly cared. Their kindness and compassion brought comfort to our family during difficult times. In late 2024, when my dad required care in his final days, Nurse Plus stepped in once again. The way they supported him, ensuring his dignity was maintained throughout, is something I will always be grateful for. Thank you, Nurse Plus, for going above and beyond in everything you do. Your team has made such a positive impact on our lives, and I wholeheartedly recommend your services to anyone in need of dedicated and compassionate care.

I am so pleased with the care from Nurseplus. They have exceeded my expectations and made my mother's life all the more pleasant and comfortable over the last year. Also thanks to a particular member of staff who has kept me up to date and made all the arrangements behind the scenes. Thanks so much.

I cannot praise Nurseplus enough. From the moment I phoned the information phone line I was treated with empathy and patience. My interactions with Swindon have been brilliant. They have gone above and beyond and been kind throughout. Amazing.

Due to my disabilities, I have to have two carers at a time. On the whole, carers are friendly and caring and I have been able to build up a relationship with my main carers. However, there are sometimes the occasional visit where the carers seem rushed and things are not done as I wish. With regard to the office, I can find that sometimes, when I ask for a call at a specific time this does not get passed on to the carer. Recently a specialist nurse had asked the office to arrange for her to teach some carers a specific procedure. This was not done and it was only through me talking to my carers that they arranged to be there. I appreciate that there are a lot of us to organise, but as a client this can be frustrating.

My son's care package is a complex package. Which requires a good skill level of carers. With specialist care from a settled team. On occasions, this has been difficult to provide. With different people at different times. Training is now underway and hopefully will improve.

Very helpful, didn’t have to worry about Mum, looked after her well, doing jobs for her around the house. Easy to get in contact with the provider if needed. Very caring and sat chatting with if she didn’t want anything done. Always on time.

My experience with Nurseplus Care at home has been very positive. On the occasions I've had special requests of them I've found them more than accommodating. The usual main carers have proven themselves to be efficient and thorough with my care. A very good company with mainly caring, kind carers.

Our experience has been such a positive one. Yes, every now and then things did not go to plan or there was a need to email or ring the team, but the response from Nurseplus was always responsive, caring and issues were addressed. I felt heard. Carers always saw my mum as an individual and took time to get to know her. I would certainly recommend Nurseplus to others. A massive thank you. You helped me fulfil my mum's wish to remain in her own home and die there.

Nurse Plus Swindon took care of my husband after his stay in the hospital since February 2021. I have experience in caring, unfortunately, my health does not allow me to take care of my husband. My husband is looked after by Nurse Plus, my gratitude for the accuracy, professionalism, friendliness, help of caregivers and agencies, treated with Dignity is great. I would like such care for a sick person to everyone. I can count on them always.
